Confusion

Chapter 4

The sound hits me so hard it nearly knocks me over. screaming, shouting and whistling comes from the crowd along with roses. I put on a smile as large as I can and pretend that I am happy even though I'm not. I become so consumed in the crowd that I don't even realise that the chariot has stopped. president snow stands on a large podium so that we can all see "welcome tributes, I am sure these games are going to be exciting..." I tune out and I only hear the last few words "may the odds be ever in you favour" he finishes.

The chariot starts rolling again and we head back into the training centre. As soon as we are in there I get straight off because I am starting to feel slightly sick. before I know it mags is already standing in front of me "sorry I just feel a bit sick" I say. Honestly I feel fine now but I couldn't be bothered explaining why I got off so quickly. behind mags I see finnick making his way over to us, and so does Archie "hi finnick" Archie says. finnick looks over at us like he was just snapped out of a daze " you guys did great! but, ah, you might want to work on you smile Archie" finnick says jokingly.

Though I have already been in here it still feels like I am a princess. I know it sounds a little childish but I can't help but feel like one, my rooms just so beautiful.

What feels like days later I here knocking at my door "annie it's time for dinner" tiffy says. I get up off of my bed and head down to dinner, when I get their every body is there except for me. No one says anything over dinner and I start to get suspicious but stop because every one is probably just tired. I try to finish dinner as soon as I can and go straight to my room I lay down on my bed and almost immediately I find sleep.
