Max VS Life: The Beginning

Chapter 10 the flight

After I took off I was happily flying through the clouds. The wind in my hair only made me happier. I was aware of the fact that the sun was barely above the horizon but it was just enough light to start my day out.

So I may have forgotten to tell you guys but I was exploring my powers not to long ago, and all my family already knows, but while I was exploring, I found out that there was a tree house. It was old and torn up.

While I was out flying, I just so happen to run into my cousin Ella. She has long blond hair and blue eyes. She's really pretty. And is 15. She already knows about my powers and has a few of her own. She's like me actually. She had the exact powers as me. The only difference is what we look like. She can change into a wolf, she's gray and the tips of her ears are white while the tip of her tail is black. Her wings are a pail white with a beautiful green on the tips of them. She is not a vampire.

So let me explain who all is a vampire.
The vampires in this story are me, Landon, and Maddy. At first I was confused about Landon and Maddy but I got use to it. But there's something I don't like. Apparently there's one night every year called prowling night. It's where vampires and and where wolfs come out and hunt. The humans don't know about this. Every year there are at least 107 missing people reported after prowling night. And that's only in the US. And I live in the small state of Oklahoma. This is really bad but vampires and werewolves can't control themselves on that night. The only possible way to avoid that is to about the moon and that's hard. Really hard. I don't know how I'll avoid the moon. Especially if it's on the night of Valentine's Day. I only have 10 days till then. Ugh this is sooo annoying!!!!

Anyways, Ella and I talked about about our favorite foods and mine is fish. Hers is pizza. That's my second favorite food. After she went home I flew back to my place. The humans can see me but they will think that I'm a bird so I'm practically unseen. So yeah I'm hidden. When I got back, the others were worried and I told them that I just needed some air. When I got back it was already 1:30 pm. I went to my room and took my jacket off than ran down stairs. They had food for lunch ready to eat so we dug in.

Hi! It is Max! I got the idea  for Ella to be able to transform into a wolf from my friend Amazing_Dragons (aka: Maddy). She's awesome! Also I'm going to be working on two. Books and I want you guys to tell me if you like the second book. I'm still working on a name so hopefully I'll a have chapter one for my new book posted soon. Thanks for reading my book.
