The next day I woke up to the sent of bacon. It smelled Awesome!!! I got out of bed and got dressed. As I was walking down stairs when I saw a couple knifes on the stairs in a pile.
"What the why is there a----ahhhh!!!"
"MAX!!! Are you ok?!"Landon yelled from downstairs.
When I tried to open my eyes, blood was running down my face and my leg was split open.
"Ahhhh!!!!" I yelled as I saw what had happened.
"Max! What happened wha......oh my god..."he had his hand over his mouth.
"We need to call for an ambulance. Hello 911, yes this is Landon...."
After that I pretty much just passed out and lost track of everything that was happening. When I woke up I was in a hospital bed with stitches running down my face and my leg." Wha-what happened."
"You fell down some stairs and got cut up by a couple of knives." Said a random woman who I think was a nurse.
"Oh,ok. Where's Land-"when I looked down my bed, he was laying there sleeping at the edge."never mind."
"Your family is waiting outside for you, I'll call them in."
"They aren't my family so please don't say that." I said sternly.
"Ok......." She said sounding very confused."Sherry, could you send the group down in the lobby up here!" she said into the speaker on the wall,"No problem." It said back.
Seconds later they came bursting into the room and Landon woke up.
"Maxine Glimmer Johnson! You are in a lot of trouble!!!" Tony yelled as he entered and the nurse left the room.
"I don't care! You guys lied to me and I had to find out on my own that I'm a monster!!!!!
"Max! How dare you call yourself a monster!!!"Cap yelled.
"Guys stop! Yelling at her will only make things worse. Just tell her the truth." Said Widow.
"What truth? What else do I not know? What did you not tell me?" I said because at that point I was to upset to try to be nice, so I had an edge of pain in all of the anger.
"Great Widow, now we have to make her even more mad now" said Tony as if he was about to lose it.
"What don't I know? Is there something wrong with me?"
"No Max, when you were 4 you got in a plane crash that should have killed you but some how, instead it only caused you to forget so stuff and have some broken bones." Cap said that as if I was going to kill him or something. "Max, you used to know about your powers but you forgot when you got in the plane crash. We wanted to tell you but we were afraid that you'd get your memories back about the crash and all the pain that you felt."
"What?!"I practically shouted," that's why I had broken bones when I was little?"
"Yep."
"Wow. I don't know what to say. So here's what I'm getting from all of this, I'm a magical freak and I nearly died when I was young?"
"Well your not a freak but besides that yes that's true."
