I followed the lapis blood trail to find myself back at a solid concrete box. The blood looked as if it went through the concrete itself.
I was still too weak to perform a spell to break it, so instead, I set up camp with Wendy.
We stayed there for a total of three nights. The next day, I blasted a hole through the concrete, which apparently wasn't solid, but about thirty centimeters thick.
I drained half of my energy doing so.
We snuck in.
"You okay, Dipper?" Wendy asked.
"Yeah. I'll be fine. Now we'll find Mabel," I said, floating an inch off the ground.
We came to a temple like room past the long corridor.
I picked Wendy up and entered.
"Hey! Let me down!"
"Shush. Traps are always in places like this."
Once we reached the other side of the room, I memorized it to sketch later.
A trap sprung. I knew it.
I grabbed Wendy and we dodged the old fashioned darts just in time.
Then I realized I was laying on her chest.
"Um...Dip? You okay?"
My whole face must've been red. I got up and scrambled to the ceiling, floating.
"Y-y-yeah. I'm fine. Let's just keep moving," I said, and we started walking and floating once more.
Sorry for no updates. There's been a lack of inspiration for all my books. Sorry. Buy gold, bye!
