Chapter 9:

Jaz's POV:

I hear my alarm buzzing for school but I just do not want to get out of bed.

" Jazmyn get out of bed! Your ride is here!" My dad yelled.

My ride? I don't have a ride unless Gray came but I doubt it. I got a random crop top and some dark green shorts, then my black heels and got down stairs and saw Ethan at the door, I looked at the floor and walked into the kitchen to get breakfast.

"Hi?" Ethan said as he walked in the kitchen after me.

" Hi Ethan." I had a little bit of attitude in my voice. But I didn't turn to look at him because I just couldn't.

" Can we talk please?"

" Now is not really a great time." I didn't want to have to deal with him I just wanted to go to school and be alone.

" Babe? I'm sorry I didn't know that she liked me like that."

He still thinks i'm his "babe". He is so confusing and I just looked at him.

" Jaz, she kissed me I didn't kiss her"

" I have to go" I started walking to the door and grabbed my penny board. I was skating down the street and then got to school. I liked Ethan so much but he kissed Maria so he obviously likes her.

" Watch it Jaz,"

A voice said and I turned to looked at it.

It was Mar Callahan, the mean girl, the girl who hates me so much for no reason. She transferred into my elementary school a couple years ago and ever since she has made fun of me and my friends.

" Mar what do you want?"

" So did you hear about me and Ethan?"

" What?" What what she talking about, her and Ethan? Ethan would never talk to someone as mean and evil as she is.

" Ethan and I hung out last night, and he kissed me."

Oh my god she is Maria, I knew the name sounded familiar, she lied to the boys and said she was just visiting, but she lives here.

" Mar, you are crazy"

" Oh you didn't hear about it? Your little boyfriend texted me and asked me to come over. He wanted to do more than just kiss but I wasn't really sure so we just made out for a while. He's a really good kisser ya know"

"Yea I do know that he's a good kisser. But all those things you just said aren't true, you kissed him and he pulled away and left"

" Oh is that the little story he told you? Because it's not true, he was all over me"

I didn't know who to believe but I didn't want to be in this situation and luckily Harley walked by.

" Harley!" I yelled as tears ran down my face,

"Jaz what's wrong?"

" Mar is Maria"

"Oh no, wait the Maria that was with Ethan?"

"Yea" I couldn't hold back the tears.

I couldn't believe that Ethan believed Maria, or should I be saying that I can't believe that Ethan would  lie to me about Maria. I wasn't sure what to think.

I was upset but I had to continue my day and so I went into my health class. This was the most boring class of the day but Blake was in the class so it was kind of fun. His accent was so hot, I know that I like Ethan. But Blake's accent is so attractive. We didn't really pay attention in the class, so we basically just get to know each other more. Blake. And I were very similar,,, we both. Have divorced parents and we. Just understand each other.
