Game Shakers in the house

Tomika's POV:

"Where's Lawrence?" Summer asked.

"Here I am!" Lawrence said coming through the door.

"Dude! Where were you? We've been waiting for you like 10 minutes," Zack added.

"I'm just answering Kenzie's call," he replied.

"Well who's Kenzie?" I asked.

"A member from coding club," he said.

"Oh, why's she callin-" Zack got cut off by Summer.

"Less talking, more rehearsing please?" she rolled her eyes.

And we started playing. After the song. Lawrence's phone ring.

He answered. "Hey Kenz," "We're still at our school," "Okay. See you tomorrow. Bye!" He ended.

"Is it that "Kenzie" girl again?" I asked.

"Yep, and they'll be coming here tomorrow," he replied.

"Why?" Freddy asked.

"I dunno. She said they'll visit here for an important matter," he shrugged.

We just agreed what he said. And we all went home.

Summer's POV:

Today, Lawrence's friends are coming to visit our school. And right now, me and the squad are sitting at our usual table here in the cafeteria.

"So Lawrence, what time are they coming here?" I asked.

"After school," he replied.

"Wait, so they'll be here at exactly 3?" Tomika asked.

"Yep."

"But we have practice at 3!" Zack added.

"Yeah! We might be caught you know?" Freddy interrupted.

"Okay guys, calm down. We can practice after they leave," I said calmly.

They replied "okay" "that might work" and shrugged.

The bell rings. That means lunch is already over. So we all went to our lockers and got our stuff for our next subject.

"Okay, so what time are they be arriving here again?" Tomika asked really bored.

We've been waiting here in our room for like 30 mins or so.

"I thought they'll be coming here at exactly 3?" Zack groaned.

"I don't know what they took so long," Lawrence mumbled and grabbed his phone.

"Who are you calling?" I asked.

"Kenzie," he replied. "Kenz? Where are you? We've been waiting like a half hour now.......okay, hurry up," and he ended the call. "They'll be here any minute."

"How long are they be--" Freddy was cut off by a knock from the door.

Lawrence opened the door with 2 girls: the one is with glasses, and the one with bangs and long curly hair. And 2 other boys: a short one who wears cap, and the other one is like Freddy- has a perfect hair but is a blonde.

"Hey Kenzie, Babe--" Lawrence was cut off by me.

"Wait, you call her Babe?! That means you're dating! How could you possibly didn't tell--"

"Summer can you calm down?" Tomika asked. I mouthed her 'sorry'. "YOU ACTUALLY DATED!!" Tomika screamed at Lawrence.

"Someone said to calm me down," I sarcastically said.

The girl with bangs and curly hair giggled. "No, Babe is my real name."

"Ohhhhhh," Tomika and I awkwardly said in unison.

"Anyway, this is Freddy, Zack, Tomika, and Summer," Lawrence introduced us.

"I'm Kenzie Bell, nice to meet you," the girl with glasses said.

"My name's Babe Carano. So don't freak out," she joked, we all laugh.

"I'm Triple G," the boy who's wearing cap said. "You can also call me Trip."

"Your actual name is Triple G?" Zack questioned curiously.

"It's my nickname. I actually don't like my real name, so..." he giggled.

"And my name's Hudson Gimble," the boy with perfect hair as Freddy said.

"He's cute," Tomika whispered.

"Shhhh!" I whisper yell. "So what brings you here?" I asked.

"Our game company--"

"You create games?! That's so cool!" Zack exclaimed.

"Yes. It's called the Game Shakers--"

"Game Shakers, as in the one who created Sky Whale, Octopie, and Nasty Goats?!" Freddy said, a little bit excited.

"Uh, yes," Babe replied.

"Anyway, Game Shakers is having an anniversary party this Saturday. And we're inviting you all to come to New York," Kenzie explained.

We all went silent for a couple of seconds then we screamed "AAAHHHHHH!!!"

"Wait wait wait," I started. "How can we go to New York? It could take us 23 hrs by a car or 3 hrs by the plane," I said.

"Yeah..." they replied disappointed.

"My dad can pick you up," Trip said.

"Who's your dad?" Freddy asked.

"Double G."

"Double G the famous rapper?! That's so cool!" Tomika exclaimed.

"Heh, yeah," Trip chuckled.

"So, you all coming?" Babe asked.

"Oh yeah we do!" we all said simultaneously.

"Cool! I'll just text Lawrence this coming Friday. And we gotta go. We also need to tell the other invites. Bye and Nice meeting you!" Kenzie said. We all waved them goodbye and they walked away.

"I can't believe it! We'll go to New York!" Zack screamed shaking Lawrence.

"Thank me later," Lawrence said while he fixed his uniform.

I grabbed Tomika so I can talk to her in private. "What if Freddy won't come?! What if Kale won't let Freddy come?! Oh I'm freaking out right now!" I whisper yell.

"Yeah...I could tell. And besides, who cares if Freddy won't come? You're going to have fun in New York. I promise," she replied. Then Freddy came walking towards us.

"Guys, I just texted Kale and she's cool about me going to New York this Saturday!" I sighed in relief.

"That's great Freddy!" Tomika said.

"I know right?" he laughed and then he walked towards the boys.

Tomika and I both squealed. "Best Friend hug!" then we pull away.

"I can't wait to go to New York this Saturday!" she screamed. "I got to go, my mom would kill me rn."

"Yeah me too. See you tomorrow, bye!" then she skateboarded home.

I walked towards Lawrence so he can inform Mr. Finn, but it turns out, Mr. Finn will come too. It's like the whole band will be having a tour to New York, except our band is still a secret.
