It was getting close to summer and Deven and I sat next to each other. "I'm gonna be in the talent show" Deven said with nervous face. "What are you singing" I said. "Drop in the ocean by Ron Pope" Deven said. "I love that song" I said. Then the speakers turn on. "All people who are in the talent show come up to the gym" "I gotta go" Deven said. "See ya" I said. Every one was singing and dancing. Then Deven was next. Deven had a look on her face. Nervously she started singing (Turn on Drop in the ocean)
