Fifteen

"So, how was your flight?" Mom asked, as she was setting the coffee machine on.

I wasn't realy listening to her. Ethan was texting me, so I had to stay focused, to not say some stupid shit or whatever.

"Sky!" Mom said and I looked up.
"What? Sorry ma, what were you saying?" I asked, leaving my phone on the table.
"You seem distracted. And happier. You said that the show was great, is it about that?" She asked looking at me with a sweet smirk.

I laughed and looked down, rubbing the back of my head. I share everything with her. When we started leaving without my dad, we became even closer.

"It's Ethan. I think he likes me too. We have been talking almost everyday for months... and plus, we kissed, twice acctually." I said.

She smiled from ear to ear.

"He makes you happy, huh?" She asked, while searching for the brown sugar.

"More than happy mom." I said and got up from the chair.

"Isn't his brother cuter?" She asked and I laughed.

"What? How did you even decided which one you like, they look the same." She asked again and I rolled my eyes.

"Ethan's the better twin ma. And plus, Grayson likes Sissy." I said and she smiled again.

"Does he? Oh god, you two dreamed of this for so long, didn't you?" She asked still smiling.
"Yeah, we did."
"What about Zay?" She said.
"You know, she isn't realy into relationships and stuff. The boys like her, they share and take advices from her. I think she slowly becomes their best friend acctually." I said.
"That's great." She finally said and added the sugar to her coffee.

I had just two days left of high school before winter break, but I still didn't wanted to go.

I was so tired, and plus, Kay goes there, his friends do too. I wasn't completely sure where he was actually. In the best case - jail, in the worst, at work, I mean, at the ring.

Yes, I get to see all of my friends, but not only. Most of the students thought that I was one of the "School's bitches". I wasn't sleeping with anyone, actually, I was still a virgin.

In fact, I didn't know why I suddenly got this reputation. Some of the students were saying that I had "A big mouth" or "An attitude." Well, I'm 16, almost 17, I'm in puberty and some people provoke my moodswings.

I'm also obsessed with make up. I learned to apply my eyeliner at the age of 10 and probably my classmates remember it. I still do wear make up on schooldays. Not because I am insucure or something. I just loved drawing, so make up was my way to "draw" on my face.

"What's your first class?" Zay asked, while searching for the books in her locker. By the way, she was walking normally now.
"Biology, I think." I said as I looked through Ethan and I's messages.
"You think? Dude you need to focus a bit. The Dolans drive all of us crazy here, you'll start failling your classes."
"We have two more days to survive, chill." I said as I putted my phone back in my back pocket.

"Hey Sky! Remove that damn phone from the there, I can't enjoy the view!" Justin screamed from across the hallway, smirking, along with his stupid teammates. The football players.

"You better shut up fucker." I said and his smile desapeared. The others all laughed and then left.

"See you at lunch Zay." I said and waved her goodbye. She waved back and we both entered our classes.

"Good morning, Skylar. You are late. Again." Mrs. Johnson said as I opened the door.

"Yeah, excuse me." I said looking again at my phone.

"Please put your phone down. Find your seat and I'll continue." She said and started writting something on the board.

I sat down and opened my book. I missed the first ten minutes, so I didn't know on witch page should I go.

"Page 38 Sky." I heard someone whisper from behind me. I turned my head and saw Jay. One of Kay's friends. Maybe the most normal one, he helped me several times when we had problems. He used to like me, but I don't think he still does, I hope not.

"Thank you." I smiled back.
"Is Kay here?"
"Uhm, no. He is at work, he said he needed money." He said.
"Oh, okay, thanks." I said and turned my head back.

"What's this kind of shit?" I heard Sissy say as she was pointing at her lunch.
"Oh hey Sky." Zay said and I sat down, laughing at Sissy.

"Hey Sky." Everyone from our table said back. Zay and Sissy were always saying that we have a lot of friends, but I don't think I can call them all "friends", actually. They were great, but not really close.

"Oh Sky, Sissy!" I heard Crystal and Jess say from behind me. The real school bitches. We used to be friends, but Crystal ended up with a boy I used to like back then.

"I heard you two had something going on with the Dolans? Is it true? You better say no." Jess said smirking.

"Well, you better don't cry, cause I like your highlight. But, I'll have to say yes, we do honey." Sissy said and we all laughed.

Her smirk desapeared.
"And you?" Crystal said pointing at me.
"You are such a bitch Sky. Didn't you end up with two boys at the same time? Ethan and Kay?" She said smirking again and everyone looked at me.

"I had a thing with Kay, yes. But it's over now, I hope so." I said.

"Well, you'd better keep your precious twins by your side, cause we won't mind to fuck them both." They both said.

"Oh, the whole school isn't enough, huh?" I asked, along with everyone's laugh.

"Honey, can you come downstairs? I have to tell you something." My mom yelled from downstairs.

"Fine, I'm coming in 5." I said and grabbed my phone.

I was going to facetime Ethan. He was back in Cali and was currently working on this week's video.

"Hold a bit." I heard him say as he picked up the phone. It was blurry, I though he was moving.
"Hey Sky." He finally said as the camera was slowly focusing on his face.
"What's gucci".
"Nothing much, just pissed." I said.
"What about?" He asked.
"This bitches at school are annoying me because of you." I said and he smirked.
"I can't help it. I get all the girls." He said and I laughed.

"Yeah, right." I heard Grayson laugh in the backround.
"How you doing Gray?" I asked and he sat down next to Ethan.
"Just chillin'" He said.
"Actually I try to take a nap, but your annoying friends won't let me sleep." He laughed and showed me his phone. He was facetiming the girls.
"How ya doin' hoe?" Zay screamed and we all laughed.

"Sky!" My mom screamed again.
"Be right back guys, mom's calling." I said and hung up.

I made my way downstairs and saw her sitting on the island. She was drinking a glass of wine as she was tapping something on the computer.

"What's up?" I said and she looked at me.
"You'd better sit down." She said seriously.
I did what she said and asked :
"Is everything okay mom?"

"No honey, it's not." She said.
"You father..., he is out of jail now. If he finds out I have a thing going on with your uncle, he is going to find me, and you. He will continue with his buisness with Kay's dad. I think it's better if we move. If you move actually."

Also, we changed the way Kay looks too. He looked much older than Sky so yeah. Sorry that we change things, but its our first book and we try our best.
