Aobha Johsai were having a practise match against Dateko. They could hear shouts of,

"Oya! Oya!"

Seijoh watched as Kyotani spiked the ball.

"That was so powerful!" Matsuwaka exclaimed.

"You've got to attack at maximum power, otherwise it won't be satisfying at all!" Kyotani exclaimed.

Kindaichi started running. Nekoma and Asahi followed closely behind. They came to a school with a small vegetable patch with cabbages, carrots and turnips.

"It would be hard to find him if he's in the turnip patch!" Yamamoto exclaimed.

Eventually, they reached the field where Kindaichi was taken corn and grilling it.

"I love grilling corn!" he exclaimed.

"You're all going to run back to Shiratorizwa!" Tanji Washijo exclaimed.

"We've got to run back to Shiratorizawa?" Lev exclaimed.

Goshiki ran off returning with volleyball carts filled with water bottles and extra trainers.

"Coach actually made us do it in our first year!" Tendou Satori exclaimed.

"I am the wind. I am as swift as the wind... I am the forest, I am as quiet as the forest... And... I'm flexible... as a cat!"

Akaashi was exhausted. He was serving, tossing, receiving and taking notes whilst running.

"So, is everybody still ill?" Akaashi asked.

Ushijima nodded.

"We are now running to Nohebi Academy in Tokyo," Ushijima said.

Akaashi smiled maniacally.

"Has anybody saw Iwaizumi anywhere?" Daichi asked.

"We've only just got back Washio," Sugawara said.

"I saw Iwaizumi around the fields some time ago," Tanaka said.

Suddenly, a couple of boys appeared at the gymnasium's door. It was the athletics club.

"Well done of winning the Annual Sports Festival," the athletics' club captain said.

"Thanks!" Daichi exclaimed.

"We were just wondering whether the athletics team could borrow Iwaizumi for a while," the athletic club's vice-captain asked.

"He has awesome athletic skills!" one boy exclaimed.

"Of course!" Daichii exclaimed.
