I took everyone's advice and i had first session with my counter today.
His name is Dr.Loudon and he has a weird accent.
It was weird to talk about everything with him.
I mean I've literally met him today and here I was, telling him all my emotions and thoughts I've been trying to hide
I just hope these sessions work.
