Everyday mike and I meet up at the bridge in the park to plan our escape from this hell hole. My job is to find away to disable the security cameras so we can escape. I'm kind of a tech nerd. Mike's job is to figure where we are going when we get out. We get backpacks full of the essentials. I break into the bunker near my house from the bombs. They haven't been open sense. Inside it's dark and dusty, there are cob webs everywhere. The worst part is that there are skeletons in here. I try to ignore them. I Grab water canteens, some dried food, those emergency blankets they give to people after seeing something traumatic, and some old clothes. I grab some rubber bands I find in my room and anything else I might need. I grab enough of everything for both mike and I. Once we meet up at the park we both empty our bags. We both have backpack to carry stuff in that way we don't stand out. He grabs one thing I didn't: stuff to build a tent. Not a bad idea if we need shelter and he brought a knife and a lighter and a really small pan. He's smart. Once we pull everything out. 2 kids come up to us. Around our age so we quickly shove everything into our bags. "Hey what are you doing?" One, a girl, says. "Nothing. We are going camping on the other side of town." Mike lies. "Oh" the boy says with disappointment. "I thought you were trying to leave the dome. We've been trying to find a way but there's cameras everywhere." He continues. "Why are you telling us? We could report you." I ask confused. "But yet you're still here" the girl says. "Fine. We are leaving." Mike says annoyed. "We're coming too. We have stuff we can bring. I'm Henry. This is my... friend Sarah." Henry says. I look at my arm and see its dropped a whole week. Time is almost up. I start paying more attention to Henry's arm and see his number but he covers it with his sleeve. "We want to be together but our numbers don't match" Sarah says. "That's why we want to leave too" Mike says, I blush. "Fine. You can come. But what do you bring to the table?" I ask. "These." The both say pulling 2 guns out of their bags. "Where did you get those?" I say, alarmed. "Both our parents are... supportive of us. They want us to leave to um..." she says. Look down at her stomach. I realize and interrupt her. "Here's the plan"
