What does a dream demon do when handed over the story?

I just wish I could come into your world, but whatever barrier is blocking me is forcing me to just be in this story world. Alphys calls it... A Reality Barrier? I have no idea but as the All-Knowing Bill Cipher I'll eventually figure it out!
