chαptєr 40 [ X ]
The sound of growling and yelling echoed in the room awaking he previously sleeping human. Her eyes snapped open, her body automatically jumping out of the fear of something happening. Her eyes frantically looked around but soon calmed down when her eyes met with the familiar pairing on three others.
"How are you feeling Hope?" Jess smiled, looking at the human with a smile.
"Sore but ok. Is everyone alright?" The human commented, everyone nodded.
"When Jacob re-enters stay silent, you cannot afford any more injuries" Harry laughed, the human smiled.
"I won't let anyone else hurt you Hope" Edward comments, Hope smiles nodding.
The door is suddenly slammed open revealing a smiling Jacob. He walks down the short hallway between the cages before pausing outside of the human's cage.
"Get her out of the cage" Jacob commands and the cage is opened and rough hands drag the human out of the cage and threw her in the direction of Jacob. His hands tighten around her bruised waist to hold her up causing Edward to let out a low growl.
"So why don't me and you have a chat?" Jacob said with a smirk.
"Over my dead body" Edward growled.
"That can be arranged" Jacob smiled.
"Try me, I dare you" Edward smirked, causing Jacob to let out low curses.
The human is dropped to the floor while Jacob turns his attention to the guards.
"Get them all out and line them up." He growls and soon enough the four are lined up with cuffs around their hands.
"Now a hunter was killed by one of you monsters. My question is how did you get out of the cage?" He growled.
"You know isn't it funny the fact that you call us monsters when you were named after us, Ever watched Twilight?" Jess laughed, causing a slap to echo in the room.
"Oooh I think you've annoyed him, hunnie" Harry growled, smirking.
The three continued to slowly annoy Jacob, the human continuing to watch in silence as Jacob slowly began to lose his 'cool'. A hand suddenly shoots out towards Hope, dragging her to her tired feet and holding her in a tight grip.
"You haven't spoke a single word sweetie, what's your input on the situation" Jacob asked the human, she simply remained silent.
"I asked you a question!" He shouted, she still remained silent.
"That's it I-"
"I did it!" A familiar voice shouts.
Everyone looks around to find Shelia in the back of the room with the King and Queen, her expression one of fright but also confidence. The human is dropped to the floor once more and Jacob makes his way over to her. He grips her and pulls her up harshly.
"So you did this. Why?" He growled.
"Because disgusting humans like you should die" Shelia growls, spitting in Jacob's face.
"Guard!" Jacob yelled, a boy came running up to him.
"Yes?" He asnwered.
"Dispose of this" Jacob replied, throwing Shelia in the boy's direction.
The four began to shout and yell, not wanting the faint that will be brought onto Shelia. The guard took he rout of the room, slamming the door shut behind her. Shelia's cries bouncing on the walls before a sickening crack silences the actions of the four.
"Why would you do that?" The human growled, her eyes beginning to water.
"Well bad dogs are put down, that's how life works sweetheart"
