((Poppy's POV))
My father put a crown on my head. Every troll squealed with happiness even Branch. I do love Branch, Even when he didn't have his colors. Creek was actually dead, so was the chef. Branch walk up to me. All of a sudden the mushroom Branch and I were standing on got lifted up.
I held onto him and smiled. Once it stopped moving he started to talk to me.
"I know it's not officially hug time..." He said but trailed off as I hugged him.
He was a bit surprised but he smiled and hugged me back.
Then we both felt someone else hugging us and it was the cloud that Branch got mad at and chased.
The cloud let go and looked at us, he smiled "Gimme some!" He said as he held out both his hands for a high five from the both of us.
Branch and I exchanged looks and smirked. We faced the cloud and gave him a high five, and he fell off the mushroom that was still high in the air.
I turned back to look at Branch. 'Oml he is so hot with his colors, well I always liked him anyways' I thought and was still looking at him. I didn't realized I was spacing out at him and was staring.
He smiled and waved his hand in front of my face, "Earth to Poppy" he chuckled softly and said it in a teasing way.
I snapped out of it and realized I was staring at him. I blinked a few times and laughed. "Sorry, I kinda spaced out and I was just thinking of things" I said and felt a pair of arms hug me.
Branch hugged me and smiled, he laughed a bit.
I smiled and hugged my crush back. I blushed slightly, obviously.
~After settling everything with the bergens and making new homes in the tree~
I yawned as I woke up from having a good sleep. I heard a knock at my door. I didn't feel like getting up. I faced my back to the door. "Come in..." I mumbled sleepily
I heard familiar footsteps coming towards me. I hid my face with my hair.
Branch sat down on my bed. He lightly shook me, "Wake up Poppy" he smiled
"I'm up.." I said and sat up sleepily. I rubbed my face and got up of my bed without touching or making Branch fall off.
I fixed my hair and smiled.
"Dazzling as ever" Branch commented
I forgot that he was still in here and blushed a bit, but you couldn't really tell because of my pink skin. God bless me. "Thanks Branch" I said happily
"Well anyways,Poppy what are you going to be doing today?" Branch asked as he stood up from my bed.
I turned around and faced him "Well, I am actually.." I thought. "I'm not doing much besides dancing, singing, hugging umm.."
"Great, meet me at my bunker later." Branch said quickly and walked out and closed the door behind him.
I let out a breath of relief, "Gosh that was hard." I said and looked at the door. I hesitated but I walked out of my room.
~Later when Poppy goes to see Branch at his bunker because I can't think of anything else :)~
"BRANCH, BRANCH, BRANCH, BRANCH!!!" I said as a banged on his door and waited for him to open it. I did the same thing for when the bergans came.
He had a new mat that said welcome, because he was happy know. He opened the thing that was some sort of peek hole. "Poppy?" he asked
I smiled and faced the mat where his eyes showed "Hey Branch!"
