Darian
As I walked through the front door of my house, the smell of blood was very strong. My nostrils flared, as I walked into the kitchen, and I found my brother, Matthew. He was leaned over the counter top, sucking the life out of some girl.
He stopped for a moment, and looked up at me. His fangs were showing, and his eyes were maroon.
"Want a bite?" He smirked. I opened the fridge to get a bottle of water.
"I'm fine. Do you, uh, want a towel?" He rolled his eyes, and went back to his business.
He's so hard to read. Just, never opens up enough to get to know him. I mean, not that I ever wanted to anyways.
But you know, what just happened there...I'm not like that. I don't necessarily like...blood.
Ok, before you off on me, just hold up, alright? What I said in the car, that wasn't me speaking. It was the vampire side to me thinking.
As in what a vampire should think when they encounter a human. I only thought about that, because that was what my brother might have thought in a time like that...
Ok? But Ari and Natalia, they were cute. I mean, I'd date one if I could...but that'd be too much work. Too much time explaining about my true identity.
A/N: thanks for reading!! These chapters will get longer over time. I promise. I just need to figure out where I'm going with it first. Unlike "I think I'm in love..." I have no idea what's happening to these characters. But thanks for sticking with me!
