Prom is coming up and Martinus hasn't asked you yet. You've been dating since the school year started, and you've always been really close.
3 days before prom you and your best friend are at your house talking about it. "Has anyone asked you?" You ask. "Ya (your guy bff) asked me!" She replied. You smiled. "Has anyone asked you?" She asks. Your smile turns into a frown as the thought of Martinus pops in your head.
You and B/F/N talked for a while until your phone went off. It was a text from Tinus!
Meet me at our special place in 10 mins
You showed your friend and she left so that you could go meet Martinus. You and him have a special place in the nearby trail is with all the forestry around it. The spot

You made your way over there and you saw a bunch of lights hung up on the trees and the bridge. You see a picnic blanket and basket on the ground next to the pond. You look for Martinus but don't see him anywhere.
Then he jumps out from behind a tree and scares you from behind! You scream while he laughs. You turn around and laugh with him. Then he came closer and kissed you. A long, meaningful kiss. When you let go he said "Wanna have a picnic?" He smirked. You giggle. "Sure!" You nod your head.
You both sit down and eat and when you're both finished you go to the bridge and just look out at the beautiful pond. Then Martinus grabs your hands and turns you to face him. "I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner but..." he began. He looked over at the sunset and then back at you. "Will you go to prom with me?" You smiled and nodded. "Yes!" You said.
He smiled back and kissed you again, then you both went down to a grassy area and stared at the sunset. He had his arms around you and you had your arms around him. You were resting your head on his shoulder while he was resting his head on your head.
After a while you decided to clean up and head home.
