It's been a week since you caught Marcus cheating on you, a.k.a since you broke up. He tried to text you everyday but you don't answer, to make him feel bad. Instead of blocking his number, you're just ignoring his texts to make him upset!

It's Saturday morning, and you've already eaten breakfast and got ready for the day. You scroll through Instagram, and see that Marcus tagged you in a post. It was a picture of you, and the caption was Mac apologizing and he said he made the biggest mistake of his life, all that! It was the most sincere apology you've ever heard! Then he texted you.

I know I made a huge mistake, and I've regretted it for the past week. Meet me at the park? I have something to tell you.

You smiled at the text and went to the park. He was sitting on the swing, waiting for you. When you saw him, you frowned. He looked like he had just been crying! You sit down on the swing next to him and you talk. He apologized again, explained why he cheated on you, and was crying near the end. When he finished speaking he was crying so hard, so you squeezed into the same swing as him, and thank God you both fit! You hugged him, and then he hugged you. "I love you y/n! So much!" He sobbed. You smiled. "I love you more!" You whispered. Then Mac broke the hug. "I have something to tell you." He said quietly. "What?" You asked. He pulled up his sleeve, revealing cuts all up his arm, one of them is a broken heart, and one is your name, and then a bunch of lines. "I almost killed myself." He said while pulling down his sleeve. You started crying. "Why? Why did you do this?" You sobbed. He grabbed your hands. "What's the point in living when you lose your life?" He smiled. You smiled back and hugged him again. "You're my life y/n. My life is very important, it's the reason why I'm here. If I don't have my life, I can't be here." He whispered. "So, can I have another chance?" He asked. You smiled. "Of course Mac! I love you so much!" You hugged him tighter. "I love you more!" He said quietly. You both sat there, hugging on the swing, until you went home together, and Mac slept over.
