[DISCONTINUED] Corl x Denis - Forever In Love

Chapter One - First Feelings (In Corl's Perspective)

As I leisurely strolled down the street to my local grocery store on Friday night, I bumped into a tall gentleman. At first thoughts, I didn't know who he was... but taking a much longer stare into his beautiful eyes I realized, this is Denis. The one that I talk to online and was my best friend in school of course, not my neighbors cat that tries to bite me.

"Uhm, you okay there?" He said trying to break my gaze, "Oh yeah, sorry..." I said slightly anxious. Did he not recognize me? I thought to myself. Suddenly he lit up more than the stars that shone bright overhead.
"Wait a second... Braden? Is that you?!" He said excitedly. " Hey, yeah it's me Denis!" I quickly said before I got lost in his eyes yet again. "You look just the same as you did in 7th grade." He complimented. "Why thank you!" I replied, " You look the same too!" He blushed over the compliment which made is cheeks bright red. "Heh sorry, I'm not used to compliments still." He said, trying to not look nervous. "Want to grab coffee or something?" he politely asked me,     "No thanks, its getting kinda late so i should head home." I declined. Quickly we exchanged numbers and he started to head home.

After that talk, I got my groceries and headed back to my home. Foolishly leaving my phone behind whilst I went out, I checked my phone and had several missed calls. They read in this order:
Alex
Alex
Sub
Denis. (The most recent one)
Forgetting to call any of them back, I got showered and laid in bed to mess around on Photoshop using my old ASUS laptop since my new one was in repair. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep, with my laptop by my side, dreaming about Denis and my neighbors cat called Denis strangely enough...

When I woke, it was around 10:06 as I forgot to set an alarm. Sluggishly, I crawled out of bed and got dressed. As I went to sit down at my desk, I received a phone call from Denis.                                 " Hey Braden, I was wondering if you wanted to come over to mine tonight? I just wanna tell you something..." Denis said, turning a bit quieter towards the end of his sentence.                                     "Yeah, sure!" I replied happily, " What time do you want me to come over then?"                                  "You can come now if you want? I'm not doing anything all day." He said                                                " Yea, sounds good. I'll be over in 5 minutes. Cya then!" I said, then hung up. I grabbed my jacket and left my apartment complex, luckily remembering my phone this time, and started walking to Denis's.

He seemed like he was waiting at the door for me, when I walked up the driveway the door magically opened in front of me and there he was. That beautiful, tall and pretty man there to greet me. I didn't quite know what I was feeling at that time. It was an emotion I've never felt or felt quite as strong before... Obviously he invited me in and we sat down together on the couch Surprisingly close to each other... " Sooo..." I said, breaking the short silence," What did you wanna tell me?" He stared at me. I stared back at him. Both of us getting lost in each others eyes. "Braden.." He said taking a deep breath, " Have you ever thought to yourself that you could be Bi-Sexual or Gay by liking another man ? Sorry that sounds like such a weird question to ask." He nervously asked. " I've thought about it sometimes, yeah." I replied as I started to shake. This was from surprise.

He turned on the TV and I diverted my attention to that. As I turned away, I felt the soft touch of his lips on my cheek and heard him run off, cursing once or twice...

This made me realize that the strong emotion I felt... was... love...
