The light was fading creating new shadows and dark patches around as eye's gleamed from the copper tree hollows, wind wailed between distorted burnt out trunks carrying the sickly smell of wood rot. I moved deeper into the woods full of curiosity as I looked through the tree branches I saw a young boy on his knees, howling in agony.

A man wearing a black trench coat walked out from the woods, he lifted his dusty leather shoe and kicked the air out of the young boy—he rolled around the ground. I heard the most sickening noise, it was like a million demons growling at the same time in unison.

The young boy lifted his head, hair stuck onto his damp forehead. His breathing had become rapid, eyes were bloodshot.

The vein's on his neck look like they were about to explode. He gave a low sadistic laugh—the man was heading into the darkness of the red forest, I was losing sight of him.

All I heard were the words. "Finish her." the boy jumped up with ease.

His distorted face slanted and gave an eerie grin that made me sick to my stomach. I knew I had to get the hell out of there. I turned and started to run straight down the path that I took, but everything was getting mixed up, trees were intertwining with each other stopping me from escaping.

The next thing I knew one of the copper color branches got wrapped around my ankle. I was trying to ignore the fact that I might die. I felt a tug on the branch which made it tighten its grip. It was caught at my jeans, the beast leaped out from the darkness he was three times my size—his huge arms were tugging me closer and closer.

The damp leaves that grimed my skin burned like acid. I was screaming hysterically as I dug my nails into the dirty ground, dust raised around us—His dagger teeth were about to...
