The Squad

The Squad is a fanfiction, including elements from Ferals (A book by Jacob Grey) and Miraculous Ladybug (a originally French TV show), and a few original characters of my friends's. While it is based off of these, you do not need to have read/watched them in order to understand. I will attempt to explain to the best of my ability what the terms mean, and refrain from including spoilers for both.

In order to help you understand, I will include a bunch of information in this chapter about the story.

This story mainly takes place in a small, fictional, town in Ohio. It is known as Paradox, due it's rough past. The town is very beautiful, but not very large nor well known. It has small buildings, many parks, and a river running though it. Despite this, this town has suffered many supernatural events, which will be brought up later.

The town draws in many supernatural beings, including our protagonists and antagonists.

I want to mention that we have two stories on Tap (an app) that are considered cannon. They are Sentience by Parad0xical and The Squad: A Collection Of Short Squad Stories by Foxy_Skipper. We would recommend you check them out!

Last, I have listed out all of the characters and information about them. You can skip this if you want, but it could be helpful at some point.

ORIGINAL SQUAD:

Living:

Skipper - Foxy_Skipper - A tall, female, one of the younger of the group, has long brown hair, pale skin (she dislikes the outdoors), rosy cheeks and red lips, and grey blue eyes (one darker than the other). She plays the role of one of the more active people, being the superheroine Foxi, a fox miraculous user. She absolutely loves dogs, and owns three. A small white one named Eleven, a medium sized dog named Skipper (not after herself, it belonged to her grandmother before her), and a large one named Tater.

Raven - Swagtastic98 - A average sized female, one of the older of the squad. Has long, light brown, wavy hair, lightly tanned skin, and ice blue eyes. Has freckles under her eyes and on her nose. She is also a miraculous user, taking the form of a white lynx nicknamed "Swaggy". She is shamelessly cat obsessed, owning two, and a dog named Cassie.

Ryft - MoonlightDragon - Probably the smartest and most sensible of the group, she's a averaged sized female with long blonde hair, freckles, lightly tanned, and green eyes. She has a wild side, like the others, but is normally the one to get them out of tight situations. She acts as the boss, directing the two miraculous users and designing a lot of their technology.

Travis/Demon - xLoveFang - The only male in the group, the poor boy has to put up with all his crazy friends. He is normally spending his time watching the animals, or spying on someone or other. He is average height, with pale skin. He hates the outdoors, more than Skipper, and is that person who will appear out of nowhere at the last second and save everyone's butts. He has black hair with purple stripes, and red eyes. There is an ongoing joke that he is legitimately from the depths of hell, and he never confirms it nor denies it.

Stephanie - RunningSoul3 - Probably the youngest of the squad, she is the one who knows everything. She has incredible memory, and is good at figuring out puzzles and such. She likes spying on her friends, mainly Skipper, and sometimes freaks her out really bad. She is the one who normally gives the helpful information to the team. She has long, ginger hair, and bright blue eyes.

Ivy - Mapleshade4ever - The "dark girl", she is referred to as Satan. She is eviler than Travis, she swears the most. She also has a dark sense of humor, and has biting comebacks. She both helps Travis pet sit and give threats to Foxi and Swaggy. She has dark skin, hair, and dark red eyes. Her hair covers one of her eyes, and is rather short.

Spark - Sparkshower - The innocent little bean, the newest member to the squad. She looks up to the others, coping their hyperactive nature. She also sits and acts as the translator, helping Ryft figure out what the miraculous users say sometimes (when stressed they start to talk nonsense, or different languages). She has long, brown hair with golden strips and brown eyes.

Deceased:

Noah - slashbooks32 - A short male with dirty blonde hair, glasses, freckles, tanned skin, braces, and dark green eyes. He worked well with Ryft, being very smart and skilled. He was killed when Stormbit broke loose.

Kit - bltkittyartist - A tall, dirty blonde female with grey blue eyes, tanned skin, and braces. She was kind of awkward, and had two personalities - the quiet girl who never got in trouble and laughed a lot (commonly used in school) and a wild child who was a complete rebel and always waited till the last minute to do things. She was one of the spies, who tipped the team of anything being planned. She was also killed when Stormbit broke loose.

Jay - FrostFireWarriorCat - A blonde female who was closest friends with Ryft, the two coming at the same time. She was both the humor and part of the brains of the group, working with Ryft to issue commands. She also build a majority of the facility. She was killed when Stormbit broke loose.

River - Dreampool17 - A female with blonde hair she had died turquoise and amber eyes. She was the flirt of the group, Foxi adapting that to some extent. She helped Foxi and Swaggy sweet talk themselves out of situations. She was killed when Stormbit broke loose, but her body fell out of the hole and was lost.

Robin - (no wattpad account, a scratcher) - A female with grass green eyes and long ginger hair. She had paleish skin, and was one of the more active of the group. She loved animating and exploring, which she did much of. She helped the team navigate throughout the city, knowing it like the back of her hand. She was one of the more serious of the squad, and was good at pushing the others behind the line and keeping them there. She was killed when Stormbit broke loose, but her body disappeared similar to Rivers.

THOSE CONSIDERED TO BE ANTAGONISTS:

Temperance "Stormbit" Price - created by MoonlightDragon - A 22 year old female with short, blonde hair that appears to be burned at the end. Rather tall, with pale skin and wide blue eyes. Wears a beat-up white tank top under a torn,hooded, dark blue cardigan and a black scarf used for a face mask, with leather bands wrapped around her arms. She wears boots with leather bands around the top to secure them. She is able to manipulate natural disasters to an extent, such as creating small hand tornados or using harsh weather to announce her presence. Her personality is a bit all over the place, being emotional, impulsive, and incredibly dangerous. She had a long history with the squad, one member in particular, and makes many appearances throughout The Squad.

Red - Created by Swagtastic98 - A 23 year old female with long, straight, bright red hair and piercing amber eyes, with slightly tanned skin. She is very aggresive, being violent and impulsive. She hates working with others, and is reluctant​ to do some of the things she does in the story. She is very skilled at sensing nearby presences and has a powerful hit.

Baby - Created by Sparkshower - Age, gender, and original appearance remaining unknown, Baby is a huge mystery to the world. Their trademark form is a female 12 year old with wispy blond what in a braid, sharp blue eyes, a pink shirt and blue overalls, but they are said to be a shapeshifter. While their intentions are unknown, it is believed that they merely enjoy killing people. The few people who survived them claimed that they were very cold towards them. They are a merciless killer, and being allies with them is almost impossible.
