Folding the paper multiple times with much practice, it took shape of a purple colored star. I held it over the jar as it fluttered down to the pile below. A male grunt of frustration allowed me a curious glance at the irritated purple-haired male. He leaned back in the chair on two and sighed, running a hand through his purple locks it relive a bit of stress. I looked to the other side as a male in blue had his sharp eyes trained on the paper, folding it slowly so he wouldn't wrinkle the sides or mess up. Being diagnosed with a mild form of OCD, things had to be perfect for him. I have gained a small favoring towards his strange ways of showing affection and appreciation to things the others would grow annoyed with. His dark azure eyes lifted from the paper to mine as I flashed a smile before grabbing another small piece of paper and carried on with the activity.
" How ya'll learn ta do that?" The purple-haired male asked, glowering at the paper as if it stole the last cookie.
I looked up as the blond continued " I just practiced enough until I found it out, I can teach you if you want, Shadow." I suggested.
He looked up to me and nodded, I smiled and moved my chair closer to him as I lead him through the steps. Guiding him until he had formed the paper into a green star. His sour mood shifted to admiration, grinning as he placed the star in the jar.
" Thanks, (Y/N), I appreciate it." He said.
I nodded, moving my chair back to the place it was at before and continued. It seemed to form into a relaxing activity of mine while the two men used this craft trick to ease their frustration into relaxation as well.
" Guys! Lunch is ready!" A higher pitched male voice called from the room across the hallway.
I stood up and placed the half folded star down, walking into the other room and helped the boy in red finish up repairing lunch and set it up on the table as the others filed in. I sat beside the counter as the boy and red sat beside me, the male in blue across the table as Shadow and the other male in lavender sat across from one another. We dined in silence for a few minutes until the male in blue muttered something. I closed my mouth from having it hover over the spoon full of soup.
Raising a brow, I hummed " What did you say?" I asked politely, causing everyone to glance to the hazelnut blond then to me.
He set the spoon in the bowl and scowled down at the table mat " I was reminding myself of.. Something." He muttered in response.
I gave him a concerned look as he sighed, pushing his chair ur and excusing himself as he went outside. I felt guilty as if I caused him to get mad, I stood up and excused myself to follow him. I felt the need to apologize for making him upset as I pushed the door opened and looked outside to the poring rain. I closed the door behind me and ran out, I knew he hated getting wet as it would wrinkle his clothing so I had to find him. I ran into the forest and looked around in fear.
I cupped my hands over my mouth " Blue!" I called, stopping in the middle of five ringed trees. " Blue!" I called again. I walked down a path, looking between trees and bushes. " Blu--"
I stopped when I found him leaning against a tree, having his bangs over his eyes. I frowned and walked forward.
" Blue?" I asked in a soft voice.
He hesitated before looking up through pained eyes, quickly hiding his emotions with bitter irritation.
" Why'd you follow me, (Y/N)? You some stalker or somethin'?" He growled, glaring at me.
I ignored his angered look and stepped forward, placing my hand on his arm as he slapped me across the face. Realizing what he did he backed away with guilt in his eyes. I held my cheek as it stung, ignoring the pain as I gave him a tearful expression.
I looked away " I was just trying to help you, Blue. I now understand why they treat you like garbage all the time," I looked over my shoulder. " you really are a cruel man." I sniffed and looked away.
Starting to walk away he grabbed my forearm and yanked me back. I was about to protest when he wrapped his arms around me, hugging me close as it poorer down on us. I hesitated before burying my face into his chest, enjoying what physical contact he would give me ever. I felt something warm and soft gently press against my forehead as I looked up slightly to him.
He gave a small smile " Sorry for slapping you, I mean it. You're just so.. Confusing to me yet, I like the feeling." He said, keeping his gaze trained on mine.
I felt my cheeks heat up " E-even if I annoy you?" I asked.
He chuckled, not a dry one he normally did but a real one. " You haven't annoyed me, I just haven't realized you were the solution to my problem." He replied, winking with humor.
I stood up on my toes, pressing my lips to his in a loving way. Pulling away as I flattened my feet and giggled at his flustered expression. He recovered and rested his forehead against mine.
" I think I'll let you mess up my emotions like when I mess up my sheets more often." He muttered, pecking the tip of my nose.
