What bugs you?
For me, the endless ridiculous cycle of temptation, sin, shame, regret, repentance. I've seen enough of this. I want to serve and please God the first and every time. The battle of the flesh is tiring, frustrating to no end. But we have a High Priest who can relate. Although He never sinned [so that He might sacrificially serve as the spotless lamb on the Cross for our sins], Jesus was persistently tempted. Including the 40 days of constant torment from Satan in the desert. And God always provides a way out, an escape route. But we must watch for it. And of course He provides spiritual armor. But we must put it on. And leave it there.
Bugged
I'm getting sick of the aftertaste
of temptation, sin, and all the waste
but there is a higher, better way
and yes it's the harder, tougher path
Yet joy and peace there await
in choosing Christ, refusing wrath
Good thing I'm bugged about sin
The Holy Spirit tugs and bugs
until we come right again
