Latos squinted at the valley below. "Is there a camp down there? I can't see." "You always have been blind." Skylar joked "but yeah, I do see a camp down there." "Well we found that a lot faster than I thought we would." Latos remarked. Skylar spread her wings and grabbed Latos' hands "Let's get going then." They then floated down the valley and landed close to Night Daze's camp.
"So how are we getting inside?" Latos asked. Skylar looked down from their rock hiding place. After about a few minutes of observing the activity below, Skylar spit in the dirt and mixed some black mud. She looked up at Latos and smirked. "Wait, what are you doing?" Latos asked suspiciously. With a smile Skylar took her handful of mud and smeared it all over Latos' face. "What the heck was that for?!" Latos exclaimed angrily. "All of the people in the camp have black fur. We need to blend in, then we'll go rescue Luna." "Did you have to smash mud on my face?" "No, but your expression was priceless." Skylar said with a laugh. Latos took some of the mud on him and smeared it on Skylar's face. He laughed and gave a triumphant smile "Ha! Now we're even!" Skylar angrily mumbled something under her breath and began coating herself with mud. Little did Latos know that Skylar was preparing an offensive.
A few minutes later Skylar pegged Latos with a "mud ball". "Skylar does not get even! Skylar plays to win!" Latos chuckled and wiped some mud off his face "Alright fine, you win." The pair then finished coating themselves with mud and made their way down towards the entrance.

Just so all of you know I had a lot of fun writing this chapter. Also I apologize for my weird updating schedule, I have been busy lately with school stuff.
I wrote this chapter on paper during my history class when I was supposed to be paying attention. Oops 😏
It's not my fault I don't like the intern that's teaching us temporarily. I'd rather write for you guys anyway than listen to boring lectures.
