Fusions in the Night

Chapter 29

Inciarte collapsed onto the ground; in a flash of light Luna and Inciarte were lying on the ground. Inciarte struggled slowly to his feet and glared at Luna "You weren't as powerful as everyone made you out to be!!" Luna sat up and shook her head "I-I'm sorry alright!" "No. It is you who will be sorry." Inciarte narrowed his eyes then suddenly his hand darted out and grabbed the red orb in the center of Luna's chest. Luna gasped with surprise. Inciarte flashed an evil looking smile, then he twisted his wrist and tore the orb out of Luna's chest.

Luna cried out with pain and collapsed onto her knees. "Luna!!" Skylos exclaimed. There was a flash of light and then Latos and Skylar were running over to Luna. Latos knelt down beside Luna "Are you alright?" "Uh y-yes. I-I'm fine." Luna replied shakily. "I hate to interrupt your reunion with your girlfriend Latos, but now I have real power!!" Inciarte held up the glittering fusion crystal "Zara, fuse with me and help me crush these pests. Then after we're done we can move on to taking over all of Oreon!!" Zara bowed her head "Of course." Inciarte grabbed Zara's hand and then they became enveloped with a black mist.

When the mist cleared Inciarte was standing there but he had a dark aura surrounding him. Inciarte smiled "How do you like me now Latos?" Inciarte was taller than he was before. His fur was black, he had Zara's black wings, and his eyes were blood red. "I don't care what you look like, I'm still going to kick your butt." Latos retorted. "And how are you suggesting to do that? I have your fusion crystal." Inciarte replied. "That's what you think you loser." Latos said. He looked down at Luna "Are you up to fusing with me?" "If it means defeating that creep, I'm up for it." Luna replied "But first..." Luna leaned up towards Latos. "Uh...what are you-" Latos was cut off as Luna kissed him; Latos' eyes went wide with sirprise, but then he kissed her back. There was the familiar flash of light and Lunos was back again.

"So you fused with your girlfriend, big deal. I'm still going to crush you!!" Inciarte sneered. "Let's go creep. If it's a brawl you want, then it's a brawl you'll get." Lunos replied while drawing his sword. Inciarte conjured a jet black blade out of thin air "Let's see what you and your girlfriend got wimp."

Hello fellow Wattpaders!!!

I apologize for not updating in forever. The last couple of weeks have been SUPER busy for me at school. I had to turn in a research paper and do an oral presentation. It was very stressful.

Wow I can't believe that this story has 280 reads!! Thanks so much guys!!! 20 more and I will achieve my goal of 300 reads!! Please help me achieve my goal!!
