It was the first day of school and Hecate was actually excited for school, she has been texting and talking to Liam ever since they met and now they were walking to the lacrosse field.

"You want to go into the goal first or me?" Liam asked.

"I'll go first, you need the warm up," Hecate said with a smirk. Their friends around them ooed and she took the helmet and pads and got into the goal.

Scott and Stiles were walking to the lacrosse field talking about what happened a couple of nights ago.

"Did you call argent yet?" Stiles asked.

"I texted him but he didn't get back to me." Scott answered.

"You told him his sister Kate came back from the dead over a text?"

"...I didn't have the money to call France."

"Yeah, you think you have money problems, try paying for an MRI and a trip to Eichen House," Stiles sighed.

"Another notice?"

"Yeah, and this one said final. And what the hell are we even doing here anyway? We got like 117 million problems and worrying about our status on the lacrosse team is not one of them."

"It is now," Scott said while looking over Stiles' shoulder. Stiles looked to where Scott was looking and couldn't believe his eyes. There were three people throwing lacrosse balls at a goalie but the goalie caught them all without missing a beat.

"Who the hell is that?" Stiles asked.

The goalie took of their helmet and reveled a girl, a good looking girl, and she shook out her hair and had a smirk on her face.

"Nice Hecate, you just might be the first ever girl on the team," Garret said. Hecate smiled and hit her stick with a guy that had a pony tail and handed her helmet to Liam.

"Your turn," Hecate said with a smirk and walked to where the other two were and started to throw balls at the net, like Hecate Liam was catching them all until Hecate threw her last ball between Liam's legs and made it into the goal.

"Damn Liam, that was awesome. You might be Beacon Hills' first ever freshmen captain," Garret says with an excited smile on his face.

Back over at Scott and Stiles, they were speechless.

"Yeah, maybe we should practice," Stiles says while head to the field with Scott right behind him.

After practice Hecate walked to the girls locker room and took a quick shower and changed into an old Ozzy band t-shirt that she got from her mom when she was going through her "rebellious" phase with the sleeves cut off, grey skinny jeans, her red converse and a black beany. She looked at herself in the mirror and thought she looked okay, she wanted to get some advice from Lydia but her mom said she was already gone. Hecate tried looking for Lydia but had no luck. Hecate walked out of the girls dressing room and went to the boys dressing room to wait for Liam, she was waiting about five minuets when she decided to read a book, she could read English very well but she could read ancient Greek, her grandma gave her the book, it was about Greek myths and legends, she was about to get to hers when she felt a tap on her shoulder, she looked up to see two boys.

"Yes?" Hecate asked. The boys were taken back, her voice was soft and light.

"Um, hi, I'm Scott and this is Stiles," the two boys introduced themselves and shook her hand, both feeling a rush of energy from the shake and gave the girl a weird look.

"Oh, I've heard of you, I'm Hecate," Hecate said while smiling at the boys.

"You have?" the one called Stiles asked, eyeing her in a weird way.

"yeah, Scott is the team captain, and you're his friend. And Lydia talked about you." Hecate says.

"You know Lydia?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, she's my neighbor, I just moved here from New York." She said.

"Where did you learn those moves?" Stiles asked suddenly.

"What do you mean?"

"That little stunt you pulled outside on the field?"

"What stunt?"

"You caught every shot," Stiles stated, and Hecate looked at him weird.

"I was in goal."

"Nothing, not a single shot got passed you," Stiles pointed his finger at her.

"Yeah I was the goalie, you guys played this game before?" Hecate asked while swatting Stiles' finger away.

"You're a freshmen right?" Scott asked.

"Yup."

"You weren't here last semester." Stiles said.

"Like I said, I just moved here from New York," Hecate said.

"You moved here?" Scott asked.

"Yeah, not to long ago. Ask Lydia, she came over the night we were moving in and had breakfast with us."

Stiles looked at Scott and Scott nodded his head.

"Why do you guys even care? I came here to play lacrosse and pass high school," stated Hecate with a hand on her hip "You guys need players right?"

"Nope," "Yes," Scott and Stiles said at the same time. the looked at each other and back at Hecate.

"Alright, how did you get this good? Have you always been this good? Or did it suddenly happen once over night? Have you ever been out in the middle of the woods on the night of the full moon-" "Stiles," Scott interrupted Stiles before he can run his big mouth like he did to the sheriff about Mexico.

"Look I learned from my brother, cousins and dad alright? They were captains and on the team when they were in high school, and my dad was captain his freshmen year, so when I was old enough to play he taught me. And yeah, I'm just that good," Hecate said while smirking and with that Liam walked at of the dressing room and she grabbed his hand and they went to class with out looking back at the two people that just interrogated them.

"Well she wasn't lying," Scott said with a little smile.
