A/N: For those who may care, this will be the first story I have ever written. So, sorry if it isn't up to your reading expectations. As with any writer, votes and comments do help out a ton as it helps me to become a better writer and give motivation to keep trucking along! Hopefully this is the start of something wonderful!

"Everyday I look at all the people I know, and I see all of the great things they have going on for them in their lives. Now look at me, look at this knee brace, I have nothing going on for myself and you shouldn't expect me to be proud of myself. It's not fair.." - Abigail Cunningham
Ever since a gruesome injury shattered her right knee during the winter of her junior year of high school, Abigail Cunningham's life has been on a downward spiral. Her knee hasn't been healing the way it should be, she's stuck in a awkward knee brace that's literally holding her knee together, and on top of that there's a possibility that she may not ever be able to play basketball again. Sounds like life can't get any worse, right? Wrong. Her college scholarship offers have been revoked due to the fact that she may not be able to play, and now she looks mediocre compared to her friends and family as they're making progress in life and she's seemingly stuck in reverse.
