The doctors were checking on jungkook, while taehyung almost had a panic attack as he thought about what the doctor said two minutes ago.

"Mr. Kim, seven months ago Mr. Jeon got into a car accident, and his head got hurt really bad. He doesn't remember anything from his childhood. He was in coma for three weeks, and every time we checked on him, he said things like 'taetae I miss you' 'hyung please come back to me' or 'taetae I'm losing my mind without you please come back'. Sometimes we even saw dried tears on his face"

Those sentences were replaying in his head like a broke radio. If it really was him and taehyung was right, he swore to himself that he HAS to make the younger remember him. He will do anything just to make him remember even the tiniest thing from his childhood.

Taehyung knows that his brain still remembers, he just needs to cause it endeavor a bit. He still doesn't really know how exactly he'll do it, but he'll figure it out. His thoughts were interrupted by the doctor's voice.

"Mr. Kim?"

He blinked a few times and responded,

"Oh yeah sorry, what were you saying?" He chuckled awkwardly and scratched the back of his neck.

"Mr. Jeon is fine, it's common in people with memory loss that they'll faint from time to time. May I know about what subject you talked before he fainted?"

The doctor asked with a slight worried expression.

"We talked about my childhood friend which is him.. I think.."

"You think? What makes you confused?"

"He's exactly like my friend, only that his name is different"

"I think I know the reason for that"

at the moment he said that, taehyung's eyes widened and his brain started to make up theories.

"What? How? Why?"

"Well, when I read his personal files when he came here seven months ago, it was written that he changed his name from jungkook to jongkook. I have a friend that used to be his friend, and he told me that Mr. Jeon never told him the reason when he asked him to. He just told him not to call him in any name that his best friend created for him"

"His real name is Jeon Jungkook?" Taehyung asked with shaky voice as his tears fell once again.

"Yes it is. But why are you crying? There's no need to worry, he's okay, he just needs to rest and in the evening he can go back home"

"Yeah I know he's fine, it's not that. The best friend that you talked about before, it's me. He didn't want people to call him in the names I created for him. He's my lost childhood friend"

At this point taehyung fell on the cold floor and cried even harder. The doctor pulled him up, sat him on one of the chairs and went to give him some water.

He was crying and crying, until he heard a soft weak voice.

"Taehyung?"

Jungkook tried his best to shout as loud as he could, in hope that taehyung will hear him from outside the room. You could hear panic in his voice.

Taehyung quickly dried his tears, tried to calm himself down, and rushed to the younger.

"Tae, why am I here? What happened?" Jungkook asked as the older sat next to him.

"It's nothing serious kookie, you just fainted. The doctors said you are fine and we can go home at the evening because they need to check up on you a little more"

he tried to smile his sincerest smile, but failed. Instead he started to tear again.

"Tae are you okay? You're tearing up again. I heard you crying outside too..." he asked worried.

"Yeah I'm fine kookie, how are you? Do you feel better?"

"Don't change the topic Kim Taehyung. I can clearly tell that something happened. Please tell me hyung, you're worrying me"

Okay if he said my full name he's being serious.. It's probably not something good... what should I do? Should I tell him?

"I found my friend" taehyung said as he dried his tears and sighed heavily.

"Oh that's great! You should be happy and talk to him tae! Why are you crying? If you found him it's fantastic!" Jungkook said happy and confused at the same time.

"He doesn't remember me" he cried.

"Tae don't cry, it's okay. But how come he doesn't remember you? You're his freaking childhood friend! How can someone forget their childhood friend?! Did he become blind or something?"

Jungkook said frustrated as he sat up to hug the older.

"He got into an accident that caused him to lose all of his childhood memories, including me"

he responded with a weak and shaky voice while he hugged jungkook tighter.

"Oh so he's like me... I lost my childhood memories because of an accident too.. I'm sorry tae"

"Kookie"

"Hmm"

"Look at me"

jungkook pulled away and looked at him.

"He's like you because it's you kookie"

he said and lowered his head. He couldn't look at jungkook's reaction. He was afraid.

It took Jungkook a few moments to take in what he just heard, but when he came to his senses and he understood what taehyung meant when he said that, he started to tear up, but held it in.

"What do you mean?"
