Chapter 1
Daphne POV
"Are you ready" asked Nash.
We were going to MagCon. I was so lucky. The boy that million girls cried over was my cousin. He was taking me to MagCon because I had just broke up with my bf and I was depressed a little bit. He was bringing me to cheer me up. He was so sweet.
"I am all packed. "I said closing my backpack.
I was very fragile and Nash has been with me all the time. The greatest cousin ever. He was more than a cousin to me, he was my best friend.
Me and Nash headed into the car. He was driving.
"Are you excited?" he asked me.
"thrilled " I said in a mocking way.
"You should be, all the boys are looking forward to meet you" he said.
"I am not very excited about boys right now!" I said.
He understood my tone and changed the subject. We had small talk on our way to the airport. The trip was short.
When we arrived we both got out and carried our luggage to the check-in table.
"Two seats for Nash Grier and Daphne Grier. Here you go." She handed two tickets.
"Are you brothers and sisters?" she
asked.
"No, just cousins" said Nash.
We looked pretty alike. His dad and my dad are brothers. We both have blue eye. It runs in the family I guess. Unlike Nash I have blonde hair. I am a short girl with long hair. Just an average girl.
"C'mon honey" Nash said pointing to the gate. I followed. I have always been a social and talkative person but I was just not feeling it.
When we sat in our seats in the plane, Nash turned to me saying
"Daph whats up? I know you have been sad because of Zac ,but let it go. He is not worth it." he gave a kiss on my forehead.
"We are both 16, both going to Las Vegas to meet new people, just enjoy it. Smile, and live the moment."
"You are right it has been over a week since Zac and I broke up. I should let go. Thanx Nash. Now tell me about these boys" I said smiling to him.
He cheered up "Well, you know Jack, then there is Cameron, Matt, Shawn, Taylor, Carter, Jc and Kian" he said.
"Wow" I said. I was glad I was coming. I had big hopes for this trip.
"Well I don't know about you but I'm gonna take a nap." said Nash leaning to my shoulder. I had to take a picture.
*the plane took off*
