KAYLAS POV

Erik explained mates to me before but I sorta brushed it off, clearly I shouldn't have.

"Dude what the hell hands off my girl... isn't she suppose to be your cousin?" john shouted

" Uhh correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you just broke up...with her" he glared at John and then pointed towards me.

"So what we just broke up.. I don't care anyway I have more girls at hand.." I felt Erik tense up.. oh man

"Those skanks? I'm glad you two broke up because she deserves better, way better then you... prick!" Erick shouted while pushing him, john went to push Erik but I stopped him.

"John leave here now and don't come back!" he just looked at me, his features slightly softening before he walked out and slammed the door.

"So we should talk about the whole mate thing cause I don't want you to think that you're- " I cut him off with another kiss.

"You talk to much Erik !" he chuckled and rested his forehead against mine.

"We can talk in the morning , night" I sighed he nodded and let me walk up the stairs to get ready... things just got interesting.

I opened my eyes because I smelt "BACOOOOOOON!" thank god for vampire speed I ran down and started stuffing my mouth with the mouth watering bacon.

"Ha so I'm assuming that someone is hungry!" Erik laughed

"Well I am ... clearly *continues to munch in silence * so GOOD"

"Ha so u want your blood warmed?!"

"You know I'm still not used to hearing you say that even thou you ask me that every morning!"

"Ok..Ok and look about the mate thing if you want to reject me ill understand I will just move out and live with Jessica -" I cut him off with a low growl , I guess you could say I don't exactly like Jessica...stupid slut!! grrrrr.
