Chapter 1
P.O.V BJ
"Hellwoooooooo Helllwoo! ....anybody home?" why doesn't anyone answer the dang phone anymore? Lilya is prolly getting side tracked by her latest of boyfriends, the King of Kings ....himself. ugh. Why oh why, did I finally give in last year when she turned the sweet sixteen??? That's the only thing she had wanted since her little girlfriends kept asking her when she would get one( not that she would tell them that she listens to her big bro....) Not that I'm really complaining but it's just a newsunice when I'm trying to pick up stuff from the market and I don't know what to get. Not to mention I pay for both our handy dandy self phones and her little I-pod thingie.
Finally when I get the front unlocked with all the food towering in my hands, I almost get knocked down from a little 5 ft 5" girl comes crashing down the steps from the acade mass on the second floor. She giggles and grabs the bag that's just about to fall off, just to prance into the kicthen. Brain Boggling right? Well that's my sister for ya. While dumping the containers of pudding and beef in the bottom drawel of the refidge, my little sis didn't shut her trap for a millosecond.
"Billy Bop !!!! " I spin around in my tracks on the plus camral carpet, I look at her with her hands on her hips. "Huh..." I mumbled.
"Did you even hear the last part? "
"The last part of wahhh....." before I could even finish my sentence, she exploded. At which I turn away, *sighing* anded toward my mancave. Siblings can be such a newsuiance (btw this story is not word checked so beware) But before crashing my head on my lovely spongebob pilliow, I hear my daring sibling shouting how uncaring I could be. What can I say Gotta luve yr siblings:/
I wake up to the smell of grilling......yummmmmmmy....steak. Wait . hun? Who's grilling? I stumble downstairs, almost tripping on the last step. Don't laugh. It happens to a man once in a while. The steps just all of a sudden ends without warning ya.
When I fianlly reach the patio door, I hear giddly laughter spilling though the night. *Yawn* okay it's just Lil but as I head for den again. I stop thinking wait, what was that? Had I just heard gravely laughter that Lilya would never make? Urm. I better go check this out.
What the....? As I was about to reach for the patio door, it flew open. I was grasped by two hands that hanked me into the porch light's casting, making me start cussing to myself. I mean who would pull someone into the blinding light when they woke up.
When I finally got accustomed to the light, I saw my sister's new boy toy flipping over the steak. Man did it smell good. Just when I was going to invite myself to have some steak, Johnathon turn around to face me with a "why did you do that look" and before I could ask what was going on, Johnathon started to go off on me about respecting my little sister. He was all like ....
"Dude, you have no idea what I had to go through to calm her down. Then by the time she was calmed down, you have no idea how mad I was at you......"yayayayyayayddaa
I heald out my hand towards him with my palm up trying to get him to slow down and you know what is says....
"How dare you want to fight me when I just cooked you a peetty darn good looking steak."
And before I could be like whoaa there. He goes and trys to back hand me. Which of course I just grab his hand and bring it around his back.
I hiss at him, " That is quite enough, Lilya will be coming back soon, at which we will have this sorted out. Now you were saying something about me not respecting my sister....well I've got news for you buddy, I have a lot more respect for her and every other girl there is than you've given to me or her. Now that this is cleared between us, would like to explain in detail what is going on inside your mind when you look at a girl exspecially my sister. Or should we agree on agreeing that from here on out you will tell me when & where you have taken my sister?"
I turned him around by his arm and shook his hand when he said yes. Which is a good thing too since Lilya just decided to walk though the door that moment with her favorite green cups.
Once things got underway, supper was pretty good. Johnathon and Lilya talked the whole time while I spaced out. I had finished my meal, put away my dishes, and had brought a water bottle with me to the other side of the porch with the old rocking chair, to sit down. I thought it was always peaceful at this time of night, not to cold for september yet but not the hot bazing August, it was. I hadn't ready the pool for winter yet, so across the top there were rippled effects. The flyerflies and crikkits were just starting to hum. Hopefully sometime before it became too chillie, some of the guys could come over again, just like the good old days during the first years of highschool.
I was so into my own world, that I hadn't realized the chattering had stopped and stereo had been turned on.
I looked over to where the two were before and noticed Johnathon was silding his pants off to reveal plaid swimming trunks. When he gazed up to catch me watching him. He asked if I wanted to join him and my sister for a swim. I told thanks. Thinking.... well I guess I could always sleep some other time so I decided to take off my shirt and go check the pool, making sure it's ready for people.
By the time I had checked the coline level and turned on more lights, I turned to see some of Lilya's closests friends coming around the house. I couldn't believe what I saw. I walked around toward Lilya seeing she was already coming toward me. I could do was wisper yell at her. She totally knew I hated hanging around her little pack of friends.....more like hyendas and you know what she did. She started laughing like something was funny about this.
Finally when she stopped laughing, she replied with a very childish remark, "Payback time"and stuck her touge out at me. What the crund? After all I've done for her, this is what she does to me.
When I start heading inside, she starts singing at the top of her lungs, "BJs' a scary cat". When I turn around to glare at her, she stunks her paterthic excuse of a touge out in the open where it shouldn't be.
