"Get out of here, you three idiots! She'll be fine!" A door slammed and the loud noise of a door locking shattered the silence.
Looking around, you noticed your hand and shoulder bandaged. Richtofen stood in front of you, smiling.
"Good... You're awake. I have to say, you MUST be more careful, you silly girl." Richtofen smirked. "You could have gotten seriously hurt, and we don't want that~"
"Richtofen, what are you doing?" You said as he sat beside her, edging closer.
"Mhm? Oh, don't worry your pretty little head about it." He was now half an inch from your face.
"But you-"
He kissed you deeply, cutting off your words.
"Doctor's orders..." He smiled. "God, I love you."
You smiled as well. "I love you too."
He pulled you into his lap and hugged you softly. The two of you sat like that for a while, not saying anything. One last sentence escaped his lips before he got up to go fight zombies:
"I will never let you go."
