Chapter 8

The two guys Jeff and I were sitting with jumped up with surprised when I had said hi to them and they had finally peeled their eyes from the T.V. They flew off the couch and looked from me to Jeff to me again and then Eyeless Jack looked at BEN and BEN looked at Eyeless Jack. Jeff just chuckled and continued watching "Untold Stories Of The E.R." but soon stopped as the two guys began speaking gibberish.

"Who is she?" "What is she doing here?" "Does she know who we are?" "Does Slenderman know?" "What do you think Zalgo will do?" These and what seemed like a thousand more questions were thrown at me. They were talking so fast that I couldn't answer all of the questions or even they to attempt to answer them and they were talking, or well screaming, so loud that everyone in the house came to see.

Three girls came out of the kitchen and looked at me in disgust, three guys and a young girl comes downstairs and Slender teleported in the middle of all of us, standing in front of me in like a protective way. One of the girls with black hair, black lip and bleach white skin spoke first.

"We came all this way for her?" You heard the venom dripping down from her words.

"Shut up Jane. Just because she isn't a total bitch like you or Chris or Nina doesn't mean you can say that shit about her. No asked you to come anyways."

I was surprise at how defense Jeff was and I guess I wasn't the only one. Everyone around the room basically had dropped their jaws scarping the floor and was looking between Jeff and I. Everyone besides the girl known as Jane, and her two friends Chris and Nina. I'm guessing that's his ex, sister and sworn enemy. I mean the stories I have read about them could be totally different than how they really are.

Slendy spoke to everyone, "Children, this is Alexandra, she prefers Alex. She will be living with us from now on. Please treat this young child with the respect. This especially goes for you Jane, Nina and Chris. Now with that said carry on with your lives and Alex and I will call you down when it's time to eat. Jeff, Toby, Masky, Hoodie and Namoi after we are done eating you guys will go with Alex to her old house and get some clothes. You may be dismissed now."

With that said everyone continued to do their own thing while I follow Slendy through the dinning room into the kitchen. I look up at Slendy and frowned a little then looked away.

"What is it child?" Slender asked while getting out some pots and pans.

"I don't think people like me very much." I said with a sad smile.

"And why would you think that?" He said, stopping what he was doing.

"Well with how Jane and all of them looked at me and like how Eyeless Jack and BEN acted. They looked like I just climbed out of a dumpster and the rest all looked like they just saw a ghost."

Slenderman hesitated before answering, "We all use to know someone, you just look like her. Give them some time."

I nodded while I tied out my hair and washed my hair. I dried my hand and turned around to see Slender pulled out two or three boxes of waffle mix and a carton of eggs.

I smiled a little, "Breakfast for supper?"

"Toby basically only eats waffles. Plus I don't feel like cooking today so I'm making a simple supper. Quick and easy. Why do you not eat this?"

"No no no don't worry I love breakfast for supper."

With that we both start to make everyones supper. Slender asked me to set the table and I laughed when he pointed to where the dishes were located. 6 feet up with the cabinets with the dishes were. So much for making food by myself. I walked into the dining room were Jane and her group was, they all stopped talking and looked at me with nothing but hatred and disgust. I grabbed a chair from the table and pulled it into the kitchen to the cabinets. Slender's deep chuckled rumbled throughout the house I stood on to the chair and climbed onto the counter. I smiled and told him to shush it. I told me that he'd be back and to be careful climbing back down and with that he teleported out of the kitchen.

I started to take down 13 plates and bowls listening to the slight yelling in the dining room, and then door to the kitchen opens with a loud slap, scaring the living shit out of me. I stumbled as I tried to catch myself from falling, but I'm already clumsy enough, so I could not catch myself. I prepared for the fall like I did when Jeff and I climbed out of my window but this time I won't be falling onto Jeff. I squeezed my eyes shut as I know I'm about to hit the floor but then I feel someones warm arms wrap around me and laugh. The laugh the I fell in lo- ALEXANDRA WHAT ARE YOU SAYING! I thought.

I open my eyes to which revealed a sly smile and blue eyes. Jeff...
