Mikey POV
I just arrived at Starbucks and order my drink. I was siting at the table when I see Bryce walk in. He sees me and I wave and he waved back. He walks over and says "hey, what's up? I haven't seen you in so long." And he hugs me. "Yeah it's been like forever." I say hugging him back.
We sit at the table and begin talking again. "So how's it been going?" I ask him. "Pretty good, so much better now that I have my best friend back." He says smiling. I lightly blush and smile. "How 'bout you?" He asks me. "Pretty good, I've just missed having my best friend here, at least your here now." He smiles and we continue are conversation.
Bryce POV
We are having a conversation when Mikey got a text. He looks at his phone and has a sad look on his face he looks up and says "he mg mom just texted and said I had to go home." He looks down after saying that. I got sad and looked down as well. "Hey I have an idea, why don't you come over!" Suddenly I got extremely excited. "Yeah that would be Great!"
We get up and walk to his car since I walked here. After about a 10 minute ride we finally got to his house. He gets out and I do the same. He walks to the front day and unlocks it walking inside. I follow close behind him. When I walk in Mikey yells "mom I'm home." Mrs. Barone walks in and sees me. "Hi Bryce I didn't know you were getting back today. It's nice to see you." She says. "Yeah, it's nice to see you to." Mikey grabs by hand and and tells his mom that we will be I his room.
When Mikey grabs my hand I suddenly got really happy and blush. 'What why am I blushing' I say to myself. When we get to his room he sits on the bed and I sit next to him. "So what should we do" I ask Mikey. "Um...we can play the x-box?" He says. "Yeah sounds fun" I say back.
After playing the game for about a hour I got bored. "Mikey I'm bored we should do something else" I say extremely bored. "Yeah me to, wanna watch a movie?" He asks. "Yeah sure" I respond.
"Ok what movie?" He asks. "Um... something scary" I say exited. "Ok how about paranormal activity?" He asks. "Yesssss!" I say excited. He puts on the move and lays on his bed. He pats the spot next to him, indicating for me to lay next to him. I lay next to him and instantly feel worm and safe.
After watching the move for about 20 minutes a scary part comes up and I jump, not knowing what I was doing I grab Miley's hand and hide my face into his chest.
Mikey holds me close I his chest and says "hey it's ok it's just a movie" realizing what I was doing I got embarrassed and blush uncomfortably. I fell safe and not scared anymore and don't want to move from his worm embrace.
Mikey's POV
We where watching the movie when Bryce got scared and grabbed my hand and hid his face in my chest. I blush, 'I love the way he holds me to protect him', yes I like Bryce, I have for a long time, but I know he doesn't like me in the same way.
