Chapter 7| SebasGONE and Sexy Bathing

Phoenix placed a paw on his brother's shoulder. "Dox, it's better if your boyfriend knows now rather than later," he said.

Dox folded his ears and nodded. "Okay..." He stayed quiet however.

"Dox, please I'll........even share my deepest darkest secret." Vulcan said lowering his wings.

The folf sighed shakily. "I-I was... r-raped when I was seven..." He teared up. Phoenix comforted him, rubbing his shoulders.

Vulcan sighed and showed his blind eye. How Dox never noticed the eyepatch, Vulcan probably will never know.

Dox turned his head "You wear an eyepatch?"

"Always have. Ever since I was 12." Vulcan said.

"I never noticed," Dox said.

"Now that you told each other, how do you feel?" Phoenix asked

"Wait, I haven't told HOW my left eye got this scar and blind" Vulcan said. "As you know, I'm 25. My parents were murdered in 2001, just before my tenth birthday. Two years later, i got into a fight with a school bully. He pinned me down and i fought back. He had a knife and slashed my left eye and then proceeded to rape me afterwards." Vulcan shuddered as he said that. He left the eyepatch off so that Dox could clearly see the lightning scar over his left eye.

Dox shook as Vulcan told his story. "I'm sorry that happened... My parents got a babysitter for a few nights. He was nice at first, but then..." Dox teared up. "I didn't want him to... But he did it anyway. Two nights in a row until Phoenix caught him."

Vulcan was comforting his mate "It's in the past babe. For we have more pressing matters at hand. WHAT to do with Sebastian Voltaire now that he's been isolated from his family." Vulcan chuckled. "Oh he's is going to suffer for ALL that's he's done" Vulcan said as if he was going to relish his revenge. "And I'm going medieval on him."

Dox shook his head and cleared his throat. "R-right." It had been a while since he let his emotions get to him like that. "You know our Chief would like to prosecute him. If he were to 'disappear' under the FireDragons watch, that would be a problem. There has to be a way to do this without ruining the collaboration."

"FOR the record, I already spoke with Chief. And it's not going to be on the books of the Task Force or even the FireDragons. If you don't believe me, give him a call." Vulcan said.

Dox perked his ears. "Oh. Well... in that case... I guess you can do what you like. It's not like anyone will care anyway." He looked towards his brother. "I-I'm sorry, this isn't the best way to reconnect," he chuckled.

Phoenix chuckled. "It's fine. I'm just glad this whole thing is almost over."

"Phoenix, you said you infiltrated their base?" Vulcan said remembering what he said prior to the secrets being revealed.

"Yes!" Phoenix pulled out plans of the base. "Their security is top notch, guards posted at every entrance, exit, door, window, you name it. They've got surface to air missiles, range of two miles. Best bet is underground." He pointed to a tunnel. "Unused, out of sight, no guards, along the tree line in the back."

"Ah so a surprise attack? Interesting. Our new task force should be well up to the task. But the thing I'M worried about is losing the females of my race. Without them, we don't stand a chance of rebuilding the Dragon Race. And give me a sec Phoenix" Vulcan said as he went outside to make a call to Chief.

"Yes, Vulcan?" Chief asked.

"Phase one is complete sir. And may I take Sebastian?" Vulcan asked.

"What you do with him is none of my concern, we agreed on that. So long as it's not made public. Now we must plan the invasion. I've been made aware that there was an agent on the inside. You've met him?" Chief asked.

"Yes he thinks the best way is use the tunnel that runs underneath the base, by the tree line. I'll have the Agent fill you in, sir." Vulcan said.
