The images kept flashing in his mind. Two dead bodies. A man with his jaw completely severed and eyes gouged out. A woman missing her eyes entirely, her face scraped of her imperfections, bleach poured into the wounds. A fifth grade boy standing before them with tears in his eyes. He hadn't known what happened.
His parents were embarrassments, but he loved them. Who did this? He sobbed as he stared at the lifeless bodies. He looked down at his clothes, covered in blood. Whoever did this had a sick sense of humor. He called the police and they were there within 15 minutes. All he could tell them was he came in the kitchen to get water like he always does and his parents were dead.
