(Still Nico)
The blond walked a few steps and kelt down next a girl who was lying on the ground. He pressing his fingers to the bleeding wound on her neck, and when he pulled them away, the bite was gone. He looked up at the tree above him. "Alyssa," he called, picking the girl up bridal style.A girl with a pitch black pixie cut and a small frame jumped down in front of the boy, her back turned to me. "Yes, Will?"
"Please, make sure this girl gets home safely, and be sure to wipe her memory of this. I don't want her to be traumatized." A vampire showing compassion for a human? A vampire showing compassion at all? I was getting more and more confused by minute.
"Of course," Alissa said, taking the girl from him. She didn't seem to have any trouble carrying her. She turned and scowled at me. "The Hunter Association has to business here. Leave." Then she was gone.
I stood there, stunned, until I noticed that Will was glaring threateningly at something over my shoulder. Before I had a chance to think, an arm wrapped itself around my neck. I dropped my crossbow to struggle against the chokehold. "Cecil, let go of the cute human, please," Will said, sounding unamused. That vampire did not just call me cute.
"You said you wanted a human. Now you've got one," the boy, presumably Cecil, said. That was the last thing I heard before I was hit with a wave a drowsiness, and the world was engulfed in blackness.
(Will)
"A sleeping charm?" I asked incredulously, "That is extreme and unnecessary.""Well, I doubt he'd come peacefully," my friend shrugged, "Don't you get it, Will? This is our chance to expose the H.A. to vampire pacifism."
I sighed; he has a point. If the Association remained ignorant, they would just kill the rest of us off. Sure, the normal vampires, they could have; they were the one conducting the mass attacks. But those hunters would killed any vampire they saw, dangerous or no. The Aristocratic population, the ones who govern the normal vampires, was dwindling, and soon there would be none of us left. Then there would really be chaos.
I took the small, dark haired human from Cecil and carried him bridal style. I looked down at his face. He was cute.
