I spend large reading many stories and it seems like you guys like this so I am going to share some of the awesome stories.

He had never cared about anyone, nor had anyone cared about him.
It did not matter if he was alone or sad, as long as he could still laugh, life would go on.
He had learned long ago how to not question, how not to believe, how not to lose and how not to care.
Destiny's uncaring teasing and humiliations had already become numb to him.
That's right, he did not have a care in the world.
Even if it was this Crown Prince of Great Yan who had started to warm up to him.

I am sorry for those of you who find this ironic. For those of you who don't here is the summary.
This is a great story on the development of love between two people who are restricted by everything else in their lives. You get to see the journey of these two people in the most important part of their life and make decision that may scar them forever. For those of you who have a problem with War Prisoner and The Legendary Master's Wife because the main character lacks a lot of power and knowledge, this character is something that you want. The growth and development of these characters are rapid enough to keep the plot moving and you intrigued. The story of love in this the one to be remembered much like those in War Prisoner and The Blind Concubine. Overall it is a fulfilling and great novel that I would recommend you read.
The only problem I would have with it is a development of one of the side character. The interest seems to be forced on him. But that is not visible if you don't look for it.
