" Mom! I love you so much! Thank you for everything!" Indigo said starting to cry. " Oh honey! You mustn't weep darling, you'll only be gone 10 months. You can call me whenever you want! There will be so many breaks, you can see me!" Queen Silver said calmingly. " Remember meet new friends, have fun, learn, and please don't cause trouble. I know you are a very good learner, and knows wrong and right! Remember!" Indigo hugged her mom, " I love you and I feel like... like... I..." HONK HONK! She saw a group of Emerald Horses. " Honey the carriage is here, remember I love you, always have fun, make sure you learn something! I will always love you Indi!" Indigo and Queen Silver exchanged hugs. Then Indigo got on the carriage.
"Hello um..... Princess Indigo?" The coach man said, in confusion, " Yes, my name is Indigo, don't wear it out, haha!" The exchanged smiles. " Next stop is Fire Kingdom.
" Mom! Thank you so much, I love you. Your amazing. I love you!" Amber said. Amber and Queen Fire, were silent. " Oh baby, you'll be gone only for 10 months. In that time you'll learn, make new friends, and so much more. I mean, you can call me and......" HONK HONK! " Mom they're here! I love you so much! " Amber yelled over the pawing of the Emerald Horses. " I love you so much too! Honey goodbye my love!" They hugged, then Amber got in the carriage, and to her surprise she saw Indigo in the back seat, in the corner weeping. " Indigo? Is that you?" Amber said. " Yes, but why do you care!?" Indigo said. Amber moved over to see her, " Listen I know we aren't exactly "friends" but I can promise you one thing. Everything will be fine, and..." Amber let out a sigh of regret fullness " we can make it through the school year friends or not." " You really think so?" Indigo asked doubtfully, " I'm positive." Amber said.
"Sorry to interrupt you young lads, but.... well...we...seem to be in a sticky situation, and when I mean sticky I mean sticky! It seems that we've stumbled across an icy marsh, well... without even knowing it!" The coachman said confusingly. "Um... well! What are we going to do about it!" Amber said, in rage. "It's not like we lived on a farm!" "Amber! I know how we could get un stuck!" Indigo said. " We are near the crystal forest, right?" "Right indeed". "Well, we could pull a piece of a crystal off of a crystal Apple tree, and put the crystal under the wheel! Then we could push the crystal while it's under the wheel, and try to get it to move. It would be like a ramp!" Indigo said excitedly. "Indigo I sure hope you know what your doing." Amber said doubtfully. They got out of the carriage and hid behind a big cobalt rock. "Guys! The trees a guarded by Enchanted Crystal Apple Cows! They get aggressive if you go near them because they think your taking over territory, stealing food, or taking their mate! We must be very quiet and very, very, very careful!" Indigo whispered.
The Enchanted Crystal Apple Cows were made of frosted, beautiful, shiny crystals. The crystal had a tinted gold, red, or blue. The color mostly showed when they moved, but most of the cows were sitting or asleep. "Ok, most are asleep, we should go now! Just don't wake them either! Once one wakes up, the cow will usually wake the rest up." Indigo said. Amber, Indigo, and the coachman all scattered out to the field. There was a big shiny, translucent tree in the middle of the field. As Indigo went towards it she heard something walk towards her. As she turned behind Amber yelled "Hey you! Yea you! Look behind you! You don't want to hurt her! That would be useless. Come and get me, you stupid, fat, ugly cow!" "Amber! What are you doing" Indigo yelled. "Just get the crystal and RUN! I'll distract the cow! RUN NOW!" Amber said, then she started running in zig-zags. Indigo ripped the crystal off the tree and ran to the coach. She placed the crystal under the wheel and pushed. The coachman helped. They freed the wheel, but Amber was still getting chased. Now she was running towards them. Amber made it in time, and they started moving on again.
