Chapter 23: The End

Things between Joseph and I were awkward. It should be great and fun and we should be spending every moment together. It's just, that week and a half he was "gone," well that really fucked me up. I am scared if I pretend everything is fine it will happen again.

"Here," he said, handing me and small wrapped box.

"What's this?" I asked. Yay. I have a present.

"Well I was like in a coma during Christmas, so your present was still in my room..." he smiled awkwardly.

"Thank you," I said, opening it.

"Oh wow, I love it," I grinned. Lana. She's the bae, besides Joseph.

"So... you talked to Declan lately..." he asked nonchalantly even though I knew it bothered him.

"Nooo, not since the night we got back together."

"Good, I mean, I just think it'd be best..."

"Yeah, but if I ever hang out with him or something, just know I love you so much. Declan was just there, so I substituted you. It won't happen again." I said, gently rubbing his thigh.

"Good," he grinned, bringing me up to kiss him.

His mouth was warm, and his tongue felt nice. I sat there brushing my lips against his for a while. He pushed me back and laid on top of me, grinding while we were kissing. I unbuttoned his jeans and slid them down half way. He did the same to me. Then, I took of his shirt and he took off mine.

"That's so awful." Hannah said.

"I know, but were fine now." I smiled.

Hannah was on a week and a half cruise to Jamaica with her family, so she missed a lot of what happened, cue Declan.

"Ugh I wish I wouldv'e been here! Then again the cruise was really fun soo..." She chuckled.

"Yeah, it was crazy. I'm glad you had fun though."

"Yeah! Colton was crazy sad when I left."

"Aw, poor Colton." I frowned.

"Yeah... well I love you," she said.

"I love you too," I replied before hanging up.
