Sprouts of Beauty

It was once a paradise,

Fields devouring flowers in delight,

Water flowing on river rocks

Now fading gradually until it's gone.

The world sprouted with beauty,

Revealing its fine and detailed glory,

Men came in to action,

Wasted every inch of perfection.

I now bestow upon you

The bewitching qualities of mother earth

Into the darkness of the known world

Seeking for even a ray of sunlight

I guess we might hit a mark

Leaving traces of the dark

Spreading the news like wildfire

The time has come for mother earth to retire.

Yet we barely felt a sudden twinge of guilt,

Screaming, pleading groaning in pain,

Sadly, mother earth never succeeded,

Secret desires were frankly kept hidden.

Truth is, mercy dwells within us,

Searching its way out of the darkness,

Implementing the concluded solutions

For a new generation.
