Chapter 3: The Kiss

SHERLOCK

Sheron's in trouble, and I think she already knows. When I walked in her flat, I sensed that another man had been there. There was smell of cologne that I knew Sheron wouldn't wear, considering she's a female. There was also a shocking vibe on her roommate, Gwen. Most people would assume it was because she was shocked over hitting Sheron. No! Obviously someone, couldn't be a family member or close friend otherwise her reaction would be different, no someone that she felt might have been threatening. A way to tell that she upset over who this was, is that she struck Sheron in the chest while Sheron was clearly still in shock over seeing this person. Gwen is scared of touching Sheron because she came back from America, so she's scared that Sheron might have some sort of sickness, which doesn't make sense, and it could be the act of hormones, which normally kicks on when feeling threatened or upset over something. Whoever is threatening them, I need to make sure nothing happens to Sheron.

SHERON

A few days went by and I was finally out of the hospital. I could finally breathe again, but I'm still scared of Moriarty. I locked door and windows in my flat, praying that Jim wouldn't show up. I heard no knocks, I got no texts, nothing was happening to show that he was here or on his way here to get me. A week went by and I was still stuck in my flat. I finally had the courage to go out for a walk. I put my hair up in a ponytail, and I put on my black t-shirt and black leggings with my black boots. I then grab my yarn like long trench coat, that Sherlock gave me. Me and him have that same coat now. I will admit that Sherlock can be a bit rude and annoying, but somewhere in there, there's a 'nice' and 'caring for' man.

I grab my phone and place it in my pocket, just in case Jim does text or call. I walk past Gwen sitting on the couch, who was still looking guilty. "Bye Gwen, I'm going for a walk." as I walk by, she grabbed my arm. "NO!" She yelled causing me to jump. I turn and look at her. "Why? Is everything okay?" I know Gwen is a bit rude sometimes, but I try to care for her as much I can. Because I live with her, so I atleast want to try to make a better impression than what she really expects from me. She then slowly ungripped from my arm."I'm sorry. You can go." I sat down next to her. "Gwen? Is everything okay? If this about calling you 'your highness' and 'princess' , I'm sorry. I was just really upset. Or is it about what you did to me. It's okay, Gwen, I forgive you." She still look pretty sad, so I guess I was wrong both times. "No Sheron, I'm fine. Go for your walk, I wanna be alone." She pointing to the door. "Alright, you say so, but if you need anything at all. Call me and let me know." She nodded as I stood and walked to door.

I opened it, and walked out. I decided to go walk to Lucci and Mason's coffee shop and get a drink. I start journey to the coffee shop. It didn't take long, took me about 20 minutes. I was to walk in before I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned and jumped at what I saw. I wanted to scream, but I couldn't. Because there was none other than James Moriarty. "Oh kitten, I'm glad you recovered." He softly said. I finally had the courage to stand up to him. "No,Jim" I said with anger. "No what?" He said in fake shock. "You're not taking me anywhere." He smirked. He then grabbed my hands. His gripped was so tight that I couldn't roughly pull them out. "Don't make me do it out here, kitten." I was no longer scared of that voice. "Do your worst." I said with anger. He then pulled me closer to him. Before I knew, he broke the space between, and his lips landed onto mine. My eyes shot open in shock. We then separated. "Wasn't expecting that, huh kitten?" His smiled looked so realistic as he held me in his arms. I had no comment to give him. My face had a surprising expression. "Go home and pack,Sheron, let me get you out of that awful place." He said releasing me from his embrace. I then notice a black car stop next to us. Jim walked into it, and in a flash, he was gone. I slowly started walking back. When I arrived, I walked in my flat. I saw Gwen was still there. "Back early?" She said in a more kinder tone than useful. "I'm leaving" I said. "What?" she asked. We then hear the door behind me open. Someone stepped in unannounced. I turned to see Jim. "Need any help?" He smirked. Gwen gasped placing her hands on her mouth. I turned to Gwen. "I'm going with him." Gwen look as if she was about to cry. "Sheron, when I said you were stupid, I didn't mean it." She said tearing up, "WHO ARE YOU?!" She yelled looking at Jim. He wouldn't give her an answer. "Gwen, I got no other choice. I wanna protect you, so please stay out of this." I say trying to get her calm down. "NO! I WON'T LET YOU GO WITH HIM!" She yelled. One of Jim's men came from behind and walked up to Gwen. He placed his hand on her mouth and his arm around her so she wouldn't move. She struggled trying to get out his human cage. "I'm sorry, Gwen." I began, "But sometimes the bad choices are the best." I turned and walked toward Jim, who then wrapped his arms around me. "Thank you" He whispered. I blush as he unwrapped his arms. He then grabbed my hand and lead me to the black car outside. He opened the door for me. "Ladies' First" He softly said as slid into the car, making room for him to sit down.
