The days are long

While nights are short

without you by my side

I spend all the time I have

trying to get you back

my days

I spend thinking of you

wishing you were near

right next to me

making my days last forever

At night

you're by my side

loving me again

almost like you never left

I wish that time would never end

all I ever wanted

was stole by that girl

I cry

I try to hide

from the truth

just outside the door

but I can't

and I won't get over you

I realize I must move on

I try to get over you

go out with my friends

five star dinner

all day shopping

parties all night

at the clubs

no matter what I do

I always think of you

and what we used to do

my friends say

you were just a jerk

but I know

you know

you were more than that to me

we were the best of friends

I asked why we can't just be that

you said Abby doesn't like me

because of all the history

I love how you broke my heart

and stole my best friend
