" chill imma make it " she said sitting up halfway and squinting her eyes as they adjusted to the sun light.
" come on na "I told her as I walked out.
I went to my room & put my work uniform on that consisted of a black and white tuxedo . Im a senior in high school and I miss a few days a week when I have to work extra. I work at a fancy brunch restaurant called " Binnet" where all of the celebrities go when they come and visit Charlotte.
I went to the kitchen for breakfast to see that it was barely food just some eggs and bread. Friday needs hurry up so that I can get my pay check so I can make grocceries. A nigga was just gone have to use this 13$ to get some food from dollar tree to last us for 2 days . I went into the fridge and took the 2 eggs that was in the carton . After I was done making me and Laila a egg sandwich . I sat down at the table and said my grace while I started to eat. After I was done eating Laila came to the kitchen wearing a plain black shirt , some light skinny jean pants and her black Timbs that I was able to get her.
" good morning. I made you'a egg sandwich " I told her.
"Good morning & thank you " she said while sitting down and eating .
" you got bout 10 minutes to eat before yo bus come "
"Okay" she said . Her short responses was regular ta me being that she didn't have our mother with us no more . Our mother was the best thing that happened to us , she got killed from a bad car accident 3 months ago . It's still very fresh for us and it's not easy. It took a huge turn on our life but we all we got in this thing called life.

I got up an hour earlier than what I usually do when I have school . I was just in so much pain that I could barely sleep . I got up and ran to the bathroom as I threw up nothing as the events from a couple of hours ago took place . I got up and flushed the toilet and brushed my teeth.
I went back to my room so that I could get some clothes for my shower . I went back to the bathroom and shut and locked the door for privacy reasons . I turned the water to my liking and started to wash up , as I was washing up I heard another shower being used automatically getting scared . I hurry up and rinsed off and got out the shower. I dried off and lotion up my body and putting some dark blue jeans on and a Grey shirt.
I went into my room and looked at my phone to see that it was 6:48 . I needed to be at the bus stop by 7:26 so I brushed my hair and put it into a puff and slid on my grey knock off ugg boots that I got from payless . I grabbed my phone , head phones and book bag and headed towards the kitchen to see my " father " in his tuxedo making himself some coffee.
" good morning babygirl " he told me as if we was coo or sumn.
I ignored him and walked passed him as I was making my way towards the fridge he grabbed a fist full of my hair and brought my face to his
" When I speak to you you supposed to speak the fuck back. Understand? " he said while he gritted his teeth.
" fuck you " I spat not caring what he was telling me .
" Do you understand "? He said again while gripping my hair tighter .
" yes sir " I finally told him.
" Good girl " he grinned while letting go of my hair .
At this moment I lost my appetite & just wanted to leave , I looked at the time & it was 7:16 . It was to early to go to the bus stop but I didn't care. I grabbed my belongings & hurried outside before he could do anything else to me.
As I listen to money man × trying me I started to wish why my mother would leave me with him. Why did she love her boy friend more than me? Where are my siblings? It was alot of questions but there was no answers , but I knew I would come up and not depend or talk to no one. A lot of things will change.
