(Chapter 2)
(Ciel's POV)
Sebastian has been acting strange lately, it started about a month ago. He's been spending an awful amount of time with Grell. He won't leave his side! He's almost worse than Pluto! I demand to know what is going on between those two!!
"Sebastian!!" I yelled from my study. He calmly walked in.
"yes my lord?"
"I may be young, but certainly not stupid. I demand to know what is going on with you and Grell! You've been acting strange and your eyes are distant and not as focused. It's not like you... It worries me."
For once in his life he genuinely seemed scared to tell me what was happening. Does he want to break his conract?... Is he in love? NO! Thats insane! None of that silly nonsense could ever happen. He's a demon... He can't love.
"Sebastian, answer me!"
"I think I'm in love with Grell..." He muttered, just loud enough for me to hear
I said nothing. Not one word... We sat in silence for what seemed like forever.
"How...? Your dead... you can't love..."
As he explained the situation to me, I began to grow more... Ummm, what's the word...? Understanding? Sebastian couldn't help himself. Demons are drawn to reapers, it's just they're nature i guess. Am I losing Sebastian? What will happen to me? I have nobody else other than Sebastian... I'll be completely alone. If it wasn't for Sebastian, I would be dead right now... Either from othere things trying to kill me... Or a suicide... This needs to end... Now...
A few days later...
"GRELL!!" I yelled from my study, he sauntered in and sat down.
"Hmm Hmm, so you discovered the truth eh? Sebastian is mine, not yours." He said like his normal smart ass self. He stood up suddenly from his seat and started to raise his voice.
" You selfish, ignorant, brat. You know I'm the one who had to reap poor Mr & Mrs. Phantomhive from existence, I wonder how they are doing in hell. Hahah. You know that I can bring Sebastian's soull out of hell & give him his own mind back, but I think this is more fun. You may enjoy who Sebastian comes back to be, if I were to bring him back. But I won't! I've been playing you Ciel Phantomhive, every moment of every day. I will kill you Ciel, and Sebastian will watch." He said walking out of the room.
I always knew Grell was a snake, I suspected him... But Sebastian will never see that! he's too blinded by false demonic love! What did Grell mean when he said I might enjoy who Sebastian comes back as...?
(Sebastian's POV)
Ciel's been avoiding me, Grell has gotten more 'interactive', but it doesn't feel... real... I feel like I'm being forced to love him because it's fate, and I feel helpless. Since Ciel strated avoiding me, Finny and Mey Rin have been trying to cheer me up... But it doesn't work, the only one who can cheer me up is Ciel, I want him to pay attention to me. I never knew my past, so he is all I have left. If I find out who I was, then this just may be easier for me. So I decided to go to the Cinematic Records Library to find out who I really was...
At the Cinematic Records Library, I asked the Undertaker who I really was 300 years ago, or if he knew anything at all.
"Undertaker!" I yelled over the library hoping that he would hear me.
"Hmmm? Sebastian! What a delightful surprise! Where is the young bastard you call master anyways? Hmmm?" He said cooingly, a turn on I might add, but thats not the point of this whole thing...
"I came alone today. Ciel's been avoiding me. But thats a different topic! The whole reason I came was because I wanted to know if you knew anything about me in my past life, not to jibber jabber about Ciel! I want to know who I was before I became a Demon... Who I was... And I thought to myself, who better to ask then a 5,000 year old reaper himself!"
"Oh dear Sebastian, such a curious little creature! He He He. Would this be ok with Ciel if he knew? Hmm? Or are you finally deciding something for yourself for a change??" I stared at him with gleaming eyes, "Oh stop giving me that look I'm just teasing! Lets have a look see. Hmmmmm, Sebastian, Sebastian, AH! Here we go! Sebasitain Michealis! Or formerly known as--- Well, I'l let you figure that out for yourself." He hands me the record with beady little annoying eyes, I take the record book and set off to find myself a place where nobody will find me...
I've been sitting in this corner of the Cinematic Records Library for an hour.. just staring at my damn record, and thinking to myself.. 'should I look at it...? Am I happy with my life now or do I need to know more...? Why am I so damn interested in this...?' There are more questions, but.. not for this topic.. I end up forgetting the damn record, but I hide it under my jacket and walk out quickly....
(Grell's POV)
I've been walking around this Manor for an hour trying to find my Sebastian, but he.. is.. avoiding me.. I think he--
I think I just heard the door, maybe it's Sebastian? I quickly run downstairs to find my Sebastian swiftly walking into the dark, where he belongs... but I do too.. and its where I want to be with him, wait.. anyway.. I creep into the back garden where he's drifted to, he pulls out his Cinematic Record... Apparently he grabbed a lighter on the way out here, he pulled it out and lit it... Oh fuck it I can't let him do this, he can't just destroy himself..
"Sebastian WAIT!!" I scream, and without any warning he drops the record, I've never seen him move so fast... In a split second he's an inch from my lips.. I can feel his hot breath on my face, the heat radiating off his body onto mine.. Jesus Christ... just an instant fucking boner appears.. embarrassing the shit out of me... but I don't think he noticed.. Sebastian has me in his sights.. Lock-eyed on me. Then-- he.. kissed me! He did it on purpose too! It wasn't the accident he lead it to be.. like last time... It was better than I thought.. because it meant more to me.. his lips are so perfect, soft, warm, just.. wow.. He's admitted it.. He fucking loves me...
And in his.. what I call.. His sexy voice.. He whispered, "God I've wanted to do that for a while... Grell.. I kind of... ugh.. well, I'm in love with you.."
He walked away, without saying another word to me.
