Dinah's POV

We've been working so hard on this surprise for our fans that have stuck with us even when everything was over.
I was sitting with Lauren at a coffee shop.
We needed a small breather before I was to go home to my baby girl ,and she was to fly back to her family.
We wanted to catch up with each other, since the past 6 years had been crazy to say the least.
She spoke to me about how she stayed in touch with Camila even when she cut us off , and how they still spoke often to this day.
I told her about Anna , and how her and Normani had become the best friends we see in movies.
She told me she'd stop by next time she's in the city to see my angel.
I also made the mistake of speaking about Y/N.
She went on to trying to get more information out of me, but I told her I'd tell her everything if something did happen.
After all we were just friends.
She eventually had to leave if she did not want to miss her flight.

I made my way to my house , and once I was to my front door , a small note on it caught my eye.
It was from Normani explaining that she went out with Anna and that she would probably let her sleep at her house for the night.
Under the argument that they needed a girls night.
She also added that Y/N was in my house , and that she had taken it upon herself to invite her over.
I softly made my way in , it was 1 am , and I didn't want to wake her up if she was asleep.
But to my surprise , she was sitting by my window in my lounge, singing softly to my favourite song .
She seemed fixated by the night sky, she looks so pretty.
Only the moonlight lighting the room.
She looked cute with only a shirt and some sweatpants .
It was a change from her usual dress shirts and vests.
Don't get me wrong I loved her professional side, but I liked seeing more relaxed Y/N for once.

I finally spoke up not wanting to seem like a weirdo.
"The sky is breathtaking tonight huh?"
She jumped a little and giggled when she realized it was me.
"Don't do that to me, I have a weak heart!"
I smiled at her thinking about how I'd never hurt it ever.
"I'm sorry but you are in my house after all"
"Oh I'm sorry Mani let me in , and you do not say no to her..."
"No it's fine ,I rarely get any company.
Mani and Anna are the only ones here, I love them don't get me wrong, but it's a nice change."
She stared at me for a while, a comfortable silence falling over us.
