It's been 2 weeks since that morning.
I haven't spoken to Dinah much ,not because I did not want to anymore,but because I needed to concentrate on the business and my dad's name before my emotions towards the singer.
She called me everyday, I guess she was trying to give me moral support.
Made me feel like I wasn't alone.
I was now CEO of my dad's company but since I wasn't emotionally stable , we hired a nice respectable friend of my dad's to take my place.
I still am the one taking the big decision, he just is the one there for the small stuff.
I went from writing songs here and there to owning one of the biggest labels around.
Dinah was gonna be attending the Grammys this weekend with Lauren Jauregui.
I had an invitation, and Normani was currently sitting in my living room trying to convince me to go and surprise her.
I was watching her ramble on and on about this impeccable plan she had for us.
I just smiled back , knowing that she was doing this because she cared.
I was gonna go , but I let her ramble cuzz it was funny.
After what felt like an hour , she got up only telling me she was gonna find me some hot clothes .
I let her , since if there was anyone I could let dress me it would be her.
Her sense of still was amazing plus she knew what dress Dinah was gonna wear , and wanted us to match.
Dinah's POV
Omg I am so exited for this weekend, after 100 texts in a row , I had convinced Lauren to accompany me .
My original plan was to take Y/N , but I knew that she was still fragile.
The dress I was gonna wear was hanging in the middle of the hotel room.
Lauren sitting on the bed , me on the sofa.
"You are lucky you are like my sister , I had to wake up at 4 to catch a flight here"
She said smirking at me .
I stuck my tongue out , laughing.
"Hey ! You know you love me ! Plus you get to be around my gorgeous self all dolled up for the biggest night in music. So shhhhhhh"
She laughed out loud before falling backwards on the bed.
"I think it's gonna be fun DJ"
Hehe next 2 chapters are gonna probably be my best !
