Chapter One
She pushed herself out and ran through the street, a loud noise -metal meeting concrete- occurred and she was instantly laying on the ground, her eyes open to see a pair of large red eyes and a dark shadowed metal face.

The face came closer to hers and looked into her orbs.
"Are you scared yet, human?" His robotic voice ran in a motto tone but yet she could sense a hit of excitement, like he wanted her to burst out in tears and it would please him. Her fear built up and she didn't know what to do, she never learned anything about self defence. Her eyes looked at his and she didn't say a word but he seemed to scuff,
"You'll be glad to know this will only hurt for a second." He then procedes to pick up his arm, showing a cannon and pointing it at her. She takes in a small bit of air and trys to get up only to find herself to be frozen and breathing heavy. The world around her moves so fast yet so slow at the same time, her vision started to blur and she could feel her heart starting to beat of her chest. A loud kathunk sounds and she soon is looking at a metal leg.
"Master, I have found prime." The robot that had her pinned points to her and exclaims, "Take her with the others. Don't let her escape this time StarScreen." StarScreen nods and comes over to her and picks her up in his hand and cups her like a child would a butterfly.

Her surroundings are cold and lightly lit, the room made of all metal and had small slats to look through. She could hear people yelling and talking to another. But only briefly until the get yelled at or, from what she could hear, dragged out of their cell.
She sat in the cell in silence and went over how her entire life crumpled in the matter of hours.
"Hello?" A small voice ran low and almost a whisper. She didn't know if she imagined it or not but when it choed through the walls again she was sure it was a small girl.
"Hello," she tried to keep her voice quite and calm but it came out louder than expected. She looked through the slots to see a young girl no older than ten sitting in the cell across from her.
"Have you seen my sister? She's got blonde hair and blue green eyes and she's got freckles on her face. We were together when they came and they took us both," her small voice trailed off.
"I'm sorry I haven't. But I'll help you look, I'm Aspen, what's your name?"
"My name's Claire. Can you get me out of here?"
She fought with the idea of telling her the truth or giving her hope.
"Yes, I'll get you out of here." The girl smiles and they proceeded to talked on a whisper for, what they would call, hours.

Aspen sat there listing to Clair's stories with her head against the wall by the girl. The metal was cool and made it less misrible. She was currently listing to one of Clair's stories and , practically, seeming the images in her head."So one time my sister went off for training and i missed her. It was Christmas and we were opening presents and there was this HUGE one by the tree and ,I though it was a puppy, but when I opened it..." The sound of metal hitting metal interrupted her and the next thing Aspen knows is Clair screams, " ASPEN HELP!" Her voice echoes through the halls and she jumps up and starts yelling for the girl she just met hours ago.
"LET HER GO TAKE ME YOU ASSHOLE!"
It doesn't catch the attention of the robot, so she starts hitting her hands against the wall, she hits it harder with each time, beating them red. The robot turns and glares at her, "You'll be next, don't worry."

She sits there in the cage fixing her small ring, that was on her hand, into something to deactivate the door and save Claire. The small girls screams haven't stopped so she knows that she's alive. She slips her ring out of the door and onto the device. She pulls her ring up and puts it to the device, a quick click sound occures and the door unlatches. She pushes the door out and slowly walks out. Her eyes scan the, what looked like a,hall. Loud footsteps echoed through the walls as the giant robots walked. Her heart beat into her throat as she ran to a small corner and hid, making sure no one saw her in which no one did.

As she walked around the abnormally huge, alien, space ship she felt so tiny in the world. Normally all the world would be human size but here it was suited to the natural size of the deceptions.
