To director at the New York Times,

Yesterday at 3:52 PM each ambassador from all fifteen states voted in favor of the Gene Collection and Prevention Act. After voting in favor, the bill was passed onto the Chancellor and he signed into the New Constitution.

Tomorrow at 10 AM ET, you are to release this information to your reporters and they may begin writing articles on the subject.

This article will put forth all collection and testing of any "Gene" in America. There are three levels of a "Gene":

Level One- Persons who hold the genetic mutation diversae that show no symptoms and will be given the option of patient-doctor confidentiality. Thus showing no threat to Americans.

Level Two- Persons who hold the genetic mutation diversae will show mild symptoms that can be treated. They will be brought into a local hospital for monthly testings on possible further progression. If there is no negative progression in mutation, treatment and testings will continue.

Level Three- Persons who hold the genetic mutation diversae will show severe symptoms and should be considered dangerous. If tested and proved to be a level three, that person will be immediately taken by the government and moved to a "higher living" facility where they shall be treated for their symptoms.

If all "Genes" come forward in the next forty-eight hours, it would be less complex for those in the country. Parents who withhold their children for testing will be banished to the Wastelands.

It is of high importance that this news is delivered to Ms. Jaelynn Foxx before any other reporter.

Sincerely,

Ambassador Charles Akwin
