Monsterella - EP. 4

Struggling against the waves, he opened his mouth to cry for help but only giving entrance for the salty sea water to come in.

The unconscious old lady beside him was not helping him either; she is pulling him in as he was trying to pull her out.

Although he did learn how to swim during swimming lesson, the waves are just too strong for his small body to handle.

As the waves came crashing down on him nonstop without letting him breathe a single air, he sinks farther down with each push the waves were given him.

He knows he won't survive...

He knows that he can't help...

But at least he tried...

His hand loosens the grip on the old lady's hand as he slowly drifted away into darkness... but then her hand grabbed hold of his and held it tightly against the waves.

The blue moon shine down upon them as the waves pulled them deeper into the sea. ~

Namjoon sat up from the hospital bed in the middle of the night as his childhood memories came back to him in his dream.

He took deep breaths to calm himself down and then laid back onto the bed and before he knew it, he drifted back to sleep.

Early the next morning, Din sat down on the sofa and stared at his Prince, whom he isn't so sure if it's his Prince or not anymore.

~ NAMJOON: "Ooohhh... I see you're checking out girls. Who's that, your girlfriend?"

DIN: "She's my wife. Prince, I thought you knew that already?"

Namjoon let out a nervously chuckled to wipe away the awkward air.

NAMJOON: "Ah...hah... I know it's your wife. I'm just playing with you." ~

~ His Prince jumped into the lake.

DIN: "Prince, you can't swim! Prince!"

As he was about to jump after, he froze at the sight of his Prince swimming toward you. ~

~ NAMJOON: "We are just dating for the time being and when everything goes back to normal, everything should go back to what it should be. So, don't worry about it."

~ NAMJOON: "I am not... your Prince." ~

Those words flew back into his mind and he narrowed his eyes confusingly.

Throughout the whole day, Namjoon had noticed that Din were staring at him nonstop with a suspicious look on his face.

Since Din didn't ask anything and just "stare", it's bothered Namjoon so he decided to ask Din himself.

He waited until the nurse had finish checking him up and left the room before asking.

NAMJOON: "Is there anything you wanted to ask me about? You had been staring at me the whole day today."

Din were silent for a bit before asking.

DIN: "Who are you?"

Namjoon widen his eyes at his weird question.

NAMJOON: "I don't know. Who do you think I am?"

Din stepped forward and eye him suspiciously.

DIN: "I think... you are not my Prince. You may look like my Prince but you are not him. Who are you? Where did you put Prince Namjoon?"
