One last time, I need to be,The one who takes you home.

"Cam! Just help me to carry this closet, you lazy ass" Jake yelled stressed out.
I'm got up from the couch while moaning in response to help Jake. Believe me, I really helped him. In fact, we were already busy for three damn hours! He's such a drama queen, but that's why he's my best friend.
I just couldn't stand Jake whenever he was stressed about something so little. Everyone actually labels him like that: stressed out.
Tip: Just try to work with him as much as possible whenever he's panicking in situations like these. Not just me, but also other friends tried not to screw up things like these.I clearly remember the time that Jake went mental when we were celebrating his parents' anniversary. The cake was so huge that you could literally dream about ruining it and that's what exactly happened, the whole cake fell on the ground.
His parents found it hilarious! I laughed more because of them instead of the cake that fell and when Jake found out about the cake he went so crazy that he tried to heal the cake. He looked like a crying kid that couldn't solve a puzzle. He eventually sat on his knees powerless and endlessly crying.
On one side I felt sorry for him, because I knew how hard he worked on it. I actually helped him with preparing everything like I always would help him for occasions like this. That's what best friends did for each other.
"Jake, everything's fine like this. Just believe me on my word. The party will be lit" I tried to calm him down.
"Just come on here and fucking help me, Cam!" He yelled pretty irritated.
"Okay okay, jeez calm down" I muttered and tried to make sure that he didn't hear that before he's going to nag on me. Sometimes he really acts like a girl.
We slowly lifted the closet and tried to carefully place it somewhere else.
"Hey, what are your thought about that new kid?" I didn't know what it was, but I needed to start about this some time or another.
"Hm, I don't really know him that well so I can't judge that fast, but he looks okay from what I know, why?" He asked frowning.
"A little bit to the left" He said right after that which made me frown for a second till I finally understood what he meant. I took a step to the left and we placed the closet right there.
"I invited him" I said to make up an excuse.
"Okay cool, I didn't really have enough time to invite a lot of people"
"And you think that's a surprise? You are so stressed, I can already see you trying to heal a cake again" I laughed out loud, thinking back to that awesome and historical memory.
"Asshole" Jake laughed with me and slapped my arms with full force.
"Ouch, that actually hurts" I frowned with a pained face and rubbed my arm while Jake laughed right after that.

The party has been going on for around half an hour now and it's already a huge mess in the house.
Everyone was dancing or doing other weird stuff. I already felt sorry for myself, because I'm the one who has to help Jake with cleaning this up. I haven't been drinking myself. I really hated to drink alcohol sometimes. It's just that Jake is my best friend and I would help him to throw an amazing party.
I don't even want to know how everything was going to end for everyone here even though I could already guess it.
I gave and went to a lot of parties which kind of makes me sick of it. Almost everything is obvious, predictable and boring, because I know what will and can happen.
My heart skips a beat whenever I notice Skylar at the doorstep, looking nothing but lost. Shall I go to him? Of course I have to go, I was the one who invited him.
I pushed myself off of the wall while sighing as I walked pretty fast towards Skylar.
I frowned at him as a weird feeling creeps up my stomach when I see that there's something going on with him. I couldn't place what it exactly was, he kind of looked nervous or afraid of me.
He looked at me pretty much like some scared puppy as I stand in front of him and I can see that he's having a quite difficult time with saying something. It was honestly enjoyable.
"U-uh.. I'm normally straight, but maybe you could change something in that.. What do you think?" He said really fast out of nowhere and suddenly covered his mouth with his hands while looking at me with his wide innocent eyes.
"W-wait, sorry what?" I asked completely confused, I couldn't understand him since he rambled so fast.
"N-nothing!" He suddenly yelled out loud.
"Okay" I said following with a laugh, because of his cute clumsiness.
"How you d-doing?" He tried to change the subject whenever I took a step closer in his direction and for some reason I thought it was adorable when he stuttered like that.
Adorable..
"Fine, how about you?" I answered neutral.
"Yeah I'm good now" He smiled to me.
"So.. Why are you standing here all alone?" I asked him, he looked so lost.
"I-I w-was looking f-for you" He tried to yell since the music was loud.
I didn't really payed attention to him anymore and led him to a corner that was a bit more quiet so he could sit down and relax for once. He was tense, I could see that and I was thankful that I had the ability to read people so fast.
There was this sudden nervousness coming up from nowhere and I wasn't really in for it. The weirdest thing about it was that I never knew why I felt so nervous. I didn't had a reason to be nervous yet it freaked me out.
"I'll be right back okay? I'll get something to drink for you" I made up as an excuse and walked as fast as I could, away from him.
